I will recommend this hotel to those looking for a good hotel in Vailankani. The hotel is also close to the church and it's a quick 5 mins away from the main church. The morning Star church is just a few metres away from the hotel. ?

Reviewed By Clyshah2015we travelled as a family and it was a wonderful stay from the booking point till the check out .Mr Marshall who helped us with our booking and made sure everything was ok and perfect even the hotel staff was very welcoming and every need of us was met.overall great experience and definitely will visit again.

Rooms are good...one small thing was that looked like out room was closed for a while and initially did not smell too well. The room layout is nice. Restaurant is very good and would say the prices are pretty reasonable. Defn recommend for families visiting the shrine.

Honest review and my experience at Queen's inn
Reviewed By Yato_Kamii1. Entrance Queen's inn is located a bit away from the city centre. The entrance itself is huge with massive gates. There are two ways when you enter, one for the entrance and one for the exit. The exit one was always closed , everyone used only one way for both entry and exit. There's a gap between the gates and the inn itself. If you're going by a car it's just 100m. As you move towards the inn , the first thing that should be visible is the pool. Then you move towards the entrance of the inn. There's a huge space for parking , around 50 cars can be parked at the same time. There's a huge lawn , the perimeter is covered by mango trees etc , it's filled with greens. When you enter , the reception will be towards your right and a seating area towards your left , the restaurant (Q restaurant) will be visible to you as you walk inside. 2. The Room The room which i had been given had a pool view, air conditioning, the room was very spacious. It's spacious enough for 3 adults. The room has a huge bed ( limit of 2-3 people), a small table to do your work/eat etc , an office chair which was very comfortable for me ,a mini refrigerator which wasn't working, a dustbin, a wardrobe with a mirror attached to it which is very huge and can fit most of the clothes , two small tables next to the bed and two sofas with a tea table and a toilet which is right next to the door where you enter. The bed was very very comfortable , it was very soft and bouncy , very useful when you're tired and when you want a good sleep. The sofas were comfy too , it was a little short for my height but the sofas were good. The airconditioner was perfect , you can set the temperature manually. The table and the office chair was also good. You get no sound of the vehicles or any external sound . Generally the room was Good+. For the room I'd give it a 8/10. 3. The Toilet The toilet consisted of a washbasin , an amenities bag , a western toilet , a bucket , a dustbin and a shower. Firstly the western toilet was very clean. The washbasin was a bit dirty but the Tap in the washbasin was very dirty , it was very rusty and the paint had worn off from the tap. The shower was dirty too, you can see the rust on the shower. You receive both hot and cold water for bathing and the overall rating for the toilet is 4/10. 4. The Restaurant and The Room Service (Q Restaurant) The restaurant is located at the ground floor , the name of the restaurant is " Q Restaurant ". The restaurant has a pool view and has air-conditioning facility. The restaurant has some average space , it's not too big and not too small. The breakfast was free with the room which i had taken. Here's the main problem , i stayed in the hotel for about 4 days and the breakfast items were the same for each and every single day and they take a lot of time to refill the items once they are over. The service is very bad , i had to ask them 4-5 times for dosas. The breakfast co nsisted of , idlies , kesari (sweet) , sambar , coconut chutney , tomato chutney , Vada , Pongal (spicy) , bread , butter , jam , tea , coffee, dosa and omlette. You get the dosa and the omlette on ordering , no extra charges are applied. The tables are not cleaned properly , you'll have to sit in unclean tables to eat. Overall rating for the restaurant is 6/10. The room service is quick , there's a separate menu for room service. Extra charges are applied for room service. Overall rating for the room service is 9/10. 5. The Swimming Pool The swimming pool had two sections , one for the kids and the other for the adults. The kids pool is 2feet deep and the adults pool is 3-5 feet deep. The height increases as you go in. The pool is open from 9am - 6pm. The pool is very huge and there's no need to worry about the space. The pool area is surrounded by grass and some chairs to sit. Showers and toilets are available at the pool area. The pool is cleaned every morning , and very few chemicals are added into it. Over-all rating of the pool is 9 1/2 / 10

But none makes you feel relaxed like the Sri Gnana Vedha Beach Residency, Clean and hygienic rooms and toilets, I stayed 3days at the Executive Sea View, we were 3 adults and 2 children. Extremely satisfied, we took 3 rooms, the staffs were very polite and well mannered, One of the nice places to stay with family…

Reviewed By Arjuntu5Terrible hotel. Not recommended at all. Never expected Bergamont hotels to be this worse. To start with, stayed at 214 with my family. Room was good and clean. Immediately after check-in, asked for water bottle which was not available in the room. After 8 repeated calls also, they did not supply and instead said an excuse that they don't have stock in the hotel. Seriously??? A hotel without water bottles. At 9.30pm, after returning from the church, asked again at the front desk. Was given only 1 bottle for 4 people and said only 1 bottle pwr room. 4 people and 1 bottle at a price of 4000. The toilet was pathetic. Ordered coffee, never tasted such terrible coffee. Coming to the toilet, no hot water at all the toilet. The dustbin lid was broken. Water clogging at the wash basin. Next morning when i met Ms Shiny, the manager and raised the issues, she was least bothered to attend the same. A completely unprofessional manager. Did not even apologise for the issues. Never recommended to anyone who wants good stay
