Reviewed By Clifnich2017Lovely warm welcome, all the staff are very helpful and attentive. The room, especially the bathroom, was immaculate. You could actually eat off the bathroom floor it was that clean and pristine. We had an excellent evening meal, large portions and extremely delicious. Breakfast was equally as good, plenty of choice and all very well presented. We really need to comment once again on the cleanliness of the entire hotel, from our room to the dining area, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The staff are a credit to the management. If passing again we would certainly stay here for longer.

Homey atmosphere, always again!
Reviewed By Ela239My boyfriend and I booked a combo-ticket for the thermal bath in Erding including 2 nights in a hotel nearby. We got booked in this hotel and were positively surprised. The room was clean, there was a welcome present (fresh fruits and berries), and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed over my boyfriends birthday and he was congratulated by the staff and a letter in our room and he even got a coupon for a free drink on the hotel bar. The thing that amazed us the most though, was the included breakfast. It was so good, so divers, we were excited for the next day just to get this breakfast again. ? To top that there was staff around serving and helping everyone, though it was a buffet all-you-can-eat breakfast (drinks included). We'd love to come back again!

Decent budget hotel
Reviewed By Matt CStayed for 3 nights whilst working in Grasbrunn. Nothing to write home about but room was cleaned each day. Breakfast was very good and staff super friendly. Would stay there again when next in Munich.

Reviewed By gabbyy7705i booked 6 rooms for September a month a go(in march). they been confirmed. 2 days a go they texted me that they are canceled :( . reason no rooms available. how can be no rooms available as long they been confirmed ? tricky people, i will never ever choose this hotel or other from their chain.

An Alternative to Expensive Downtown Lodgings in Munich
Reviewed By sumavaxThe Skandinavian-type hotel built of wood is situated on the outskirts of Munich but offers relatively fast access to downtown via the close-by A 94 motorway. The wooden planks on the outside of the building do not make it look very attractive but this impression is not verified inside. Parking next to the hotel is free. Reception at the hotel was friendly. We were given a basically furnished room (cf. nightstands) with bright wooden furniture on an upper floor as requested. While the view through the window was rather bleak the room itself was very clean and offered the amenities expected of a 3-star hotel. As the Bader boasts to be 4-star we were looking for a fridge in vain, however. The bathroom was nicely furnished and even offered enough space for laying down cosmetic articles – a feature often missed in hotels. There were plenty of TV programs. Login to the free Wi-Fi was a bit tricky as there were plenty of security warnings. The best thing about breakfast were the traditional white veal sausages (Weisswuerste) but the other food was OK, too. The hotel can be recommended the more so as the price-performance-ratio is reasonable.

Reviewed By DidiervbI chose hotel Herian as a stopover on my way to Belgium. I didn't expect too much as hotel Herian has budget friendly prices but oh my God, it exceeded my expectations by far! I sent an e-mail quite late while on the road to book a single room with them and the reception desk lady replied within 5 minutes. Because I was driving, I didn't see the email right wmaway, so she called me to ask for my confirmation. She than send all information to enter the hotel late because the reception was open until 20pm that day. The hotel has a perfect location as it is right next to the highway but in a quiet area at the same time. They have free parking all around too. I entered without any problem and all information was available. The room was spotless, tidy, spacious and of great quality. I slept like a baby. They even offer welcome drinks in the minibar and the room rate includes breakfast. The breakfast is a wonderful buffet with a whole variety of fresh food... Different types of breads, croissants, cake, yoghurt, fruits, muesli, different types of ham & cheese, jams, fresh fruit juices and of course tea, coffee and hot chocolate. A delicious feast! Last but not least, there's an extreme friendly atmosphere as all staff members are very smiling and welcoming, always there to assist you. There's really nothing else to say, except that this hotel is exceptional and I know now where to come now when in München! Thank you.
