STAIRS & MOBILITY : The resort layout has stairs and distances to commute hence is not suitable for individual/s on WHEELCHAIR or to those with limited mobility, senior citizens, expectant mother or any special case not specified here. The 'Valley View Cottages' are moderately recommended for a stay to above case excluding those on WHEELCHAIR as they have the least number of stairs (20 plus) to commute and are nearest from resort parking area and reception desk. The remaining three room categories namely Suite Room, Pool Front Cottages & Nature View Cottages and the in-house restaurant and Swimming Pool are at further lower level adding additional stairs (40 plus) and distances to climb and commute. WHEELCHAIR: Individual needing WHEELCHAIR are humbly requested not to book their stay at the resort.

Things are getting stolen from the room. Money from my wallet and my husband headset ,both are stolen from the room. The person in the reception was too rude. He don’t even know how to behave and talk with the people. I will not recommend anyone.

Namaste Yoga Farm is famous for its well-known exclusive luxurious stay which provides its guests with an optimum comfort. The feel however is like a homely and cozy type. It is complied with six exclusive rooms that present the perfect environment to do yoga, relax and enjoy. It is best regarded in terms of comfort, convenience and efficiency. The interior of the place is naturally combined with attractive rates, elegant decor and quality. The rooms are positioned near the Arabic ocean and Kudle beach. The cleanliness and luxurious stay are like a private beach home for your retreat. Each room here is designed to hold the coastal view. The rooms here are featured with a private terrace or balcony. However the rooms are designed considering all comfort of the guest in mind. The rooms are located far from the noise so you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Two ocean view rooms offer a great view of the arabic sea, beach and mountain with a new plunge pool and juice bar since 2018.
Decided to write this as I’m sat having the most amazing breakfast they include with your stay. Choice of super fresh fruit and cereals or your choice of eggs. Or half and half! Arrived super last minute after a long road trip from Mumbai and was welcomed by Oli the manager, super nice dude who made us feel welcome and brought out a cold beer for me to cool down with. Him and his wife run the place with German efficiency (he’s from Germany) and the local staff are excellent. Really nice guys. We decided to go for the cottage, which was absolutely lovely. Clean and well presented, with everything you need when in a warm climate. Situated in a beautiful garden with winding paths that lead you around, I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Thanks from Max and Deepika

A 3.5 Acre property stretching from the top of the hill above Kudle Beach to about 20 metres from the beach front, Namaste Sanjeevini is a green zone full of trees, flowers, shrubs and palms.Coupled with road access leading right upto the property and in-compound parking facility, easily accessible serenity takes an all new meaning.
Recently we stayed here with kids.. Good part of it - honestly nothing to say great about anything, we regret for our choice. Bad part of it - 1. Room not so clean, some kind of smell, ants in the room. 2. Food is super expensive, that too no at all tasty, they only intended to make money from the guests. 3. Located in a place where you can't go out after 6pm ( we felt very insecure) Strongly recommend not to choose this for your stay.

The Kali Adventure camp is nestled in the forest, beside the Kali river. The rooms are spacious and tidy. There is a common dining area(Gol ghar) made of thatched bamboo, where homely, mouth-watering food is served. There is a wide variety to pick from. The resort not only has its exquisite scenery but also provides various activities for the tourists to engage in such as river rafting, coracle ride, jungle safari, birdwatching, nature walk and a trip to Syntheri Rock. These activities add on to the knowledge about the jungle. Overall it is hospitable and the staff’s kindness, generosity and utmost care make you feel at home.

Located next to the estuary where the Kali river meets the Arabian Sea, and with the Sahyadri mountains forming a backdrop, Emerald Bay is a full-service Sterling Holidays resort that offers some beautiful glimpses of an unspoilt, unexplored region of India. The backwaters of the Kali River add to the beauty of this place. Karwar is a great holiday destination due its close proximity to Goa. A combined holiday in our resorts - Villagio in Goa and Emerald Bay in Karwar, will work as a great way to spending long vacations with loved ones.
Had an offbeat and amazing stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel’s restaurant is very warm and polite and doesn’t say no to anything. The view from the room is fabulous too. For those who love South Indian breakfast , it’s a feast.Simply delicious

From the mystics of Mahabaleshwar to unending coastlines, Gokarna is an adventure-in-progress.Rebooting means doing things differently. Let brisk morning walks give way to yoga at sunrise. Let huffing, puffing and panting give way to deep breaths as your mind, body and soul unite in harmony.
The Only thing going for them is their location. Rats in the room the first night and when I asked the manager to shift us he says to me "No,there's nothing there, you can stay there itself" This without even bothering to come check the room. Eventually got the room changed because I insisted that they come check the room and see the rats for themselves. That first day we were locked in because the road was being tarred. All meals were eaten here. 4 of us in our group of six, and our dog were vomiting by the end of dinner. When the manager got to know about this through the waiters watching us run to vomit, his first response was not one of concern but defense. "No, this is not our fault. It's never happened. From where you ate food?" Reiterating here that we were locked in that first night. After a while, a waiter has the audacity to ask me if we had had a lot to drink. Facts - we'd ordered 4 beers and gave back 3 that night. I found it ridiculous that the management and its employees all just assume that it's our fault. Any request we had such as a glass to drink beer in, or to sit outside the room, or to sit and eat in the dining zone outside was met with resistance. Beer can only be drunk in beer mugs and no other glass. Juice has to be drunk only in juice glasses and no other glass. Ask for a little more potato palya, we get told it's in the bowl already. Ask for chutney, we get told the same thing. Mind you they serve you these accompaniments in tiny bowls and then create a fuss when you ask for more. The non veg dog food is charged in addition to the dog charges. You get 5 measly pieces per order and they bring it really cold and hard. When I asked for it to be slightly hot I'm told "You can give your dog this, it will eat" Okay what? The last night we were there, the manager comes to us and says we should use the spa services. None of us are interested in it. He then tells me " I will offer you a complimentary foot massage ma'am, you should try it" I declined this offer for a freebie. When we checked out the next day, we asked for two bottles of water as it was sweltering. This same waiter says "bottle water is only for checked in guests" I am beyond shocked and irritated at this point, and my fiancee makes sure that they know this. The manager and owners are in the reception during this time. Because my fiancee was irritated and made sure that they all heard, the manager came running asking what happened and if he could do something. He was told off and my fiancee walked away in a horrible mood. Who says no to water in that heat? We then get in our car and begin to drive out the parking lot when the same waiter came up holding three bottles insisting we take them. We refused these three bottles saying no need you can keep the bottles for checked in guests. We don't want freebies, thank you very much. The owners and management refuse to take feedback and the only thing they know is how to push fault back onto the customer. She claims we asked for freebies and that we were bulldozing our way around ( this is her response to the three others who've left reviews) Requesting basic service and amenities is not bulldozing. If you are not willing to take feedback for your horrible service, change it. Get rid of the rat infestation you have in rooms 4&5. Service the ACs in your rooms. Maintain the bathrooms and faucets ( you claim to be earth friendly and have leaky faucets that you refuse to fix and create a fuss, calling customers bulldozers when it's pointed out. What a joke) What's the point in leaving hanger if you're not going to have a hanging rod in the cupboard? I'm not interested in listening about your other properties when I'm letting you know that my stay is not comfortable here. Maybe take care of the services in the one that we are in before incessantly over selling the others. We know the other properties are much better no wonder you only sell those from the get go. To the owner, I'm not interested in your response where you know only how to gaslight your paying guests by using words such as bulldozing and claiming falsely that we asked for freebies when in fact they were refused by us. Maybe you have not travelled the world or this country like we have, but we know what value we pay for and this is definitely not cut from the same cloth as the Red Earth brand.

A spectacular paddy farm backdrop, lush green areca plantation located on Siddapura - an authentic homely retreat near Jog Falls on a truly mesmerizing landscape – that is IBBANI homestay for you. Surrounded with the fragrance of areca, pepper, paddy and cardamom, Ibbani is a homely retreat, situated in the Sirsi - Jogfalls State highway, and 18 kms before Jogfalls and 37 kms from Sirsi. We stayed at Ibbani for 2 nights on Dec 24th and 25. I highly recommend this place for one of the most friendliest and best stays. The food is really delicious and served with so much love. The rooms are nice. Bathrooms are impeccable and Ibbani is right on the main road centrally located. On 25th the place was full and we all were served Temple style on leaves. Thank you Ibbani Home Stay !!⁷

The "Khashi of South India", Gokarna lies at the confluence of the Aghanashini and Gangavalli rivers and is cradled between the Sahyadri's and the Arabian Sea. Its timeless temples and beguiling beaches draw a steady stream of pilgrims and tourists. The Om Beach that traces the shape of the Hindu symbol Om is the most popular of Gokarna's Beaches and lends its name to the Om Beach Resort perched on the slopes of hillock overlooking a verdant valley. While Gokarna's temples transcend eras its beaches are throbbing with life. The famous Om Beach, the less known Kudle Beach, the quiet Half Moon Beach and the pristine Paradise Beach are four scenic strips of sand, sandwiched between the hills and the sea. The villages of Sanikatta and Tadadi are located in close proximity to Gokarna. Manufacturing salt for over three centuries, Sanikatta is the oldest salt manufacturing site in Karnataka. Tadadi has a fishing harbour and a fish processing plant set up through an Indo-Danish collaboration. With rugged trekking trails and great outdoors, the adventurous can embark on paths of discovery in and around Gokarna.
Had a memorable 3 night stay with family and friends. Courteous service staff, homely south indian buffet, Clean and very well maintained cottages. Complementary transport to nearby must see beaches. Special thanks to the Manager Ajmal, who was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely first choice for a vacation in Gokarna.
