Hotel opened in August 2012 which has modern decor and is just 7 minutes drive from San Sebastián. It offers bright and spacious rooms with flat TV, minibar, private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries . Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The hotel has a cafeteria and a restaurant serving typical Basque food. 24-hour reception, meeting rooms and luggage storage. The K10 hotel offers free private parking for guests.

Reviewed By 609isaacsGreat hotel on a not so good location near to the motorway. Good cafeteria and also have a buffet that didn’t try though. Everything was very clean, new and with a modern style. The beds were comfortable but not great. The staff was very nice. Private parking available. 24 hour reception

Friendly place in the hills around San Sebastian
Reviewed By LucaRaveraWe appreciated staying here, even if it's on the top of a hill it's quite close to the highway and you can reach easily San Sebastian, Bilbao, Zarautz and the other beaches. The food is great, I recommend the breakfast!

Reviewed By Ellie LNice clean rooms, bathrooms in the corridor for two double rooms only, a small but pratical kitchen. A small sitting room on the first floor. Nice view and not far from shops and bars, good distance from Donostia San Sebatian.

Lovely location
Reviewed By pjredOnly used this lovely little Hotel for an overnight stop to Madrid. But for what I required it was 100% perfect, Luis and I had spoken by email regarding Booking in etc, He answered promptly on each occasion! If I was ever to be in the area again, I would certainly stay. The room we had was a pleasant surprise in having a separate room with a single bed in there.

Reviewed By BarolochinatoThe Agroturismo is located on the hills just 15 Km drive to San Sebastián. There are wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and La Concha Bay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok but not much choice. It is a good location if you want to avoid the quite expensive San Sebastian You are countryside and there are mosquitos.

Reviewed By Jep4479De belles et grandes chambres vous accueilleront dans ce beau paysage de montagne. Un lit super confortable. Une structure récente ( douche à l'italienne, mini frigo, ascenseur ... ). A seulement 25 minutes de San Sébastian, le plaisir de la montagne pour faire des randonnées. Facile à trouver avec Google maps. Points négatifs : les petits déjeuner ne sont plus des buffet donc moins intéressants à mon goût ( croissants, et pain grillé, paniére de biscuits industriels ,pas de fruits, laitages) et le bâtiment manque d'insonorisation( bruit de douche, toilettes, voix des voisins et parties communes) Si vous aimez le calme et les grasses matinées ça ne sera pas top s il y a d'autres hôtes. Nous sommes tombés avec un groupe d'espagnol qui ont bien profité de la salle commune ! ( match de foot à la télé et repas tardif jusqu à 1h du mat le premier soir et 23h le deuxième avec un rappel de la proprio et réveil à 7h30! ) Dommage car le lieu est beau et ressourçant.

Hotel not too bad but staff bordering on hostile..
Reviewed By jh92travellerWe booked this hotel last minute and felt the price was reasonable, maybe slightly over the odds considering its a similar price to what you can find in san sebastian, but in the end it suited our needs. On arrival we entered the attached bar and it was a classic scene from a western when an 'out of towner' walks into the saloon. Not the best start. After being largely ignored for about 20mins a lady decided to attend to us and booked us in, she did not explain check in check out, the restaurant, or anything else, literally just took our details and took us up to our room. The room itself was nice enough, the view is good if a little spoiled by local industrial buildings. There was good a/c and everything else was in good order. Once we unpacked we decided to try out the adjacent restaurant. Once again it appeared very 'locals only' and it took a while to be told we could sit down. Waiter service followed a similar pattern leaving a bit to be desired also. We did find the food to be excellent and this was definitely a big plus of our stay though so they got something right! The next morning check out was fairly uneventful, although nobody seemed to know how much we were supposed to be paying, and it was not a very efficient process. All in all this was a distinctly average hotel which is massively let down by staffing issues Issues which at least the chefs are trying their hardest to balance out by serving great food. Probably wouldn't recommend but you could still do worse. 5/10

Reviewed By Fran MThe pension itself was very modern, clean and nice. Breakfast was included in the price although that wasn't mentioned when we booked it. Fresh orange juice or coffee and the choice of a croissant or something else. Very friendly staff. We also had a gin&tonic on the terrace of the bar in the evening, very good and cheap :) quiet little place outside the centre of san sebastian. The only thing they could do better is give directions on how to get there by bus from the centre of san sebastian, it was very difficult to find, and it's a loooooong walk from the train station :D
