Better than you'd expect

The rooms are fairly well updated, the beds are very comfortable and overall we were pleased. The outside look will fool you especially at night. It looks seedy to say the least but once you're here it doesn't feel that way at all. We got exactly what we wanted here and if you want to save money there's nothing wrong with this motel.

Reviewed By OnAir583081Not as busy as they use to be no buffet anymore. Room was old but clean hot water and comfortable bed. Decor of casino is fun. Employees not very friendly. Free drinks as long as your playing but i did see a waiter charge a lady thought that was shady. Didn't win but played for awhile.

We are centrally located at all eight casinos. We do have HBO in all 80 rooms. We are on the same strip as Hollywood, Sam's Town, Resorts Casino, and Fitz. We do offer hot breakfast, outdoor pool (seasonal), coffee pots, hair dryer, iron, ironing boards in all rooms. 3rd Floor Smoking with 2 double beds or 1 King bed. All king rooms come with pull out Sofa. We do not offer Roll-aways at this property. Also we are not pet friendly.
Great stay for the money
Reviewed By darselle4The staff was pleasant and my room was very clean. Had plans to enjoy the continental breakfast but overslept, the bed and pillows weret comfortable. The room was extremely large and the shower was clean

Reviewed By AnniversaryRuinedI'm currently writing this review from another hotel in the area. We checked in, got to our room and at first glance thought, "ok, not the Ritz but not horrible". Upon closer examination, we found holes in the walls, cigarette ashes all over the AC unit, the bathroom floor looked like someone had just walked in from mowing the law and the deal breaker?? Whoever "cleaned" the room after the last guest, if anyone even attempted to clean it, left dirty panties hanging over the bathroom door. We promptly called Key West down the road and got another room. Walking into Key West was heavenly! There was literally the smell of cleaning products, not body odor and dirty panties. Never again.

RUDEST Welcome EVER!
Reviewed By F9656WAcindyaGirls Birthday Trip - Excited and expecting to have great fun! No valet or bellman but we were okay without those services. The Front Desk Check-in was unacceptable! Arrived at 1pm - practically empty parking lot and was told check-in was at 2:00 pm - employee tapped her watch and said "I said 2:00"! - was told twice we would have to wait - after unloading bags. Asked if we could get a bite to eat to kill an hour until check-in - same employee pointed to the restaurant and we asked what kind of food? she said "walk down there and look - it's on the sign!" - SUPER RUDE! We requested an iron that never came. Had to have our room keys - rekeyed twice at 2am in the morning because they did not work. - super unacceptable! FRONT DESK STAFF NEEDS TRAINING - they are lazy! Gaming was fun - old machines. The Restaurant for Diner was good! All other staff was fine. Based on our welcome - we will never come back! Who wants to be greeted with that!

We are located just minutes from all area casinos. We offer all our guests complimentary Daybreak Breakfast from 7am-10am. We offer exceptional service, free WIFI, a business center and a free USA Today. In addition, we are an interior corridor facility and we have a comfortable meeting environment located in our lobby. We are only 5.7 Mi from Tunica Arena and Expo Center and restaurants are located in the area. Elvis Presley's Graceland and Beale St 25 miles.

Reviewed By druth225Attended for a bachelor party. While the surrounding town may seem headed downhill from years past, the Goldstrike has its own internal environment. It’s still a must go. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the games were everything you would expect.

Good slots - Bad room
Reviewed By Dana FWe decided to check into Fitz on our way to Florida. It was a bit cheaper than other casinos and we were only staying one night. We stayed on a "non-smoking" floor, except the room reeked of smoke as did the hallway. I'm not a smoker and would like to have my room smelling good as it's enough to be in the casino with all the smoke. We wanted dinner but there was a line a mile long at the burger place so we ended up leaving and going to another casino for dinner. All in all, the casino as fine but the rooms were not so we will not be back

Delta River Cruize
Reviewed By weshoffWe have been going to Tunica's Delta River Cruize for years. We have seen the accommodations decline by the year. This year the room rates at Sams Town were just too high to pay for what you get. We looked for other alternatives. Treasure Town was that option. Here's the bottom line. It's an affordable room. Quite location. Nice people (employees) and hassle free. Our rates were over half the price lower and Sams Town is not twice the hotel. For us (4 guys), it was fine. A shower and a bed. Our wives would not have been impressed but I'll save the niceties for another couples trip, another day. Consider your guest if you are hosting. My buddies were fine. My wife..... not so much so. I expect more of me for her. (She's not too good to stay there but I want the best for her). In the area, that would mean driving back to Memphis and great expense and trouble. Thanks Treasure Town. You did what you do right. It's just the area around you is eroding. The bottomline message: gambling is not the answer to long term solutions for any community. It's taken all it can from the area and will leave destruction in its path. See for yourself if you do not believe me.
