It has been 3weeks since our stay, we have been getting no where being told, soon someone will contact us and no one did, they then gave us a number for their accounts department, and guess what no answer when i called. This is so fustrating.i will never visit this place again. !!!

My huzzy and I and our 7-month-old stayed at the Brix, Port-of-Spain recently for two nights, and the experience was nothing short of first class! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was on point! The front desk staff members were really helpful and polite and we had no issues checking in or out at all. Staff members at the Merchant Grab and Go were also very friendly. On our first night, we checked in later than we expected and did not know we had to make a reservation to have dinner, however, even though it was close to closing time for dinner they warmly welcomed us and fit us in. They really were patient and allowed us time to decide our order. Huge shout-out to the chef at The Exchange for a one-of-a-kind birthday meal. We never said it was my birthday and it was top tier, so imagine if we did. Dinner was so well presented and the taste was exceptional, five stars! I really also want to recognize Stephon, you treated us so well, from our first dinner at the Exchange, to our last breakfast and day at the hotel. Thanks a million for showing us the rooftoop and for our beautiful pictures! We really appreciated your service! The breakfast was also good and I think offers something for everyone. Last, but not least, our time at the pool area was so relaxing, and I highly rate the cocktails; they were mixed well and worth the price. Definitely try the Watermelon Sugar High and mudslides. I cannot wait for our next visit. It was truly, "exactly like nothing else" in the best way! I wish I could remember everyone's names! Thanks so much for having us Brix!

Pleasant stay at the Inn! Though the hotel is undergoing renovations, nothing got in the way of a very relaxing stay. The staff and service were above par, with special mention going out to Joshua at the front desk who was very welcoming and willing to accommodate our requests. Great staycation...and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely go back!

Piarco Village Suites offers clean, safe accommodation at affordable rates. It is where your Trini experience begins. While we are listed as a bed and breakfast company, accommodation is in a building which allows for the homey feeling or if you would prefer privacy that is also an option.
Upon arrival into Port of Spain (Trinidad) airport, I learned that I needed to stay much closer to the airport due to the short stopover in my itinerary. Thankfully, a woman at the information booth called Piarco Village Suites for me. The host & hostess were kind enough to pick up, then drop me off. I had a pleasant restful evening at the "village" which was well kept and very clean. I felt welcome and comfortable, and would recommend Piarco Village Suites to travellers. It was also wonderful to learn from hosts at Piarco about Diwali, a beautiful Hindu celebration of light.
