A Stopover from the ferry to Santander
Reviewed By alexineberryWe stopped over for only a night but there's plenty to do in the area if you plan to stay. The hostess spoke excellent English, the accommodation could not be faulted - a lovely old house well renovated, a tranquil spot just off the road in a town with restaurants, bars and shops. Great breakfast and a comfy large double.

A sad end to our 18 day touring holiday in Spain and Portugal
Reviewed By Trail797750Room superficially clean but very dirty under the bed. One of the bedspreads looked as though it hadn't been washed in a very long time and the chair in the room was badly stained and dirty. Disturbed night because of the owner's dog repeatedly barking beneath our window. Hot water not always available and when it was it took a very long time to come through. Poor, unpleasant attitude of staff over complaints form. The 'breakfast' really was a joke, by far the worst we encountered on our 18 day sojourn in Spain and Portugal.
