Good Value for a Night's Stay
Reviewed By Steve WWe hate to just spend one night but our schedule required it. This little hotel (more of a motel in style) was just great. Easy to find. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy and ample parking. The breakfast (not cooked) was excellent. The hosts were congenial and helpful. Good stay.

Small farm hotel
Reviewed By ATraveller8765I came here with my family to stop off for the night when we were going to Quimper the following day. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The children were fascinated by Juan-Claudes WW2 vehicles he had remade. The room was clean and well maintained. Karin greeted us for breakfast and asked if we wanted any drinks and there were pastries galore. Baguettes were laid down on the table when we got there and various pastries also. The bathroom was hygienic and and soap was included. He room was large and had a window that had a view of the court yard. So I would recommend this for anyone who is interested in going to the d-day beaches.

D Day Trip
Reviewed By Curious72556We have stayed at Victoria before prior to the change in ownership, and I have to say that our two nights there in June first class, the room we had at the top of the house was light and airy, this 19th century house was full of delightful furniture and was decorated in a very sensitive style. Our breakfast was delicious with home made apple tartlets, croissants, local ham, cheese, home made jams and local bread Will certainly visit again and I strongly recommend the Victoria B&B if you are planning to visit the D Day memorials in this area.

On a 2 Ha ground, this modern house will please you by its original and unexpected decoration, warm colours, seaside or countryside atmosphere, you will appreciate the total harmony. In the main house, upstairs: 5 bedrooms for 2 or 4 persons (160cm queen size beds), with privates shower romms and toilets. TV. Garden with terrace and garden furniture. A spa-jacuzzi and sauna, in a private covered space is offered (with extra charge). The owner is making you a full breakfast (Norman cheeses included) and a table d'hotes dinner "local cuisine". To discover the region, you will have only the embarrassment of choice: the beach, the sites of the Landing, the medieval city of Bayeux, hiking (coastal path).

Reviewed By Betsy HWe stayed two nights. Very welcoming hosts. Room was well decorated and spacious. Grounds are lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Very short drive into Bayeux, 8 minutes, to see The Tapestry or to have dinner. About same distance to Arromanches and Normandy beaches. Great biking in area as there are some smaller roads. One of the nicest chambres d’hotes we have ever stayed in, especially for such a reasonable price

Pleasant stay but WiFi was an issue
Reviewed By davethewanderlusterStayed here with my 2 children for a few nights. Perfect location as a base to explore the DDay beaches and Bayeux for the tapestry. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hosts are exceptionally friendly. My only issue was the WiFi connection didn’t reach our room which was an issue with 2 teenagers. Would recommend
