We find a perfect place that feel like home to get away from the city. A garden full of flowers and trees, rice fields in walking distance. This is what it's like to live in the Mekong delta: Taste the fresh coconut, fish from the river, fruit from the garden. We love to take a boat trip, cycling around to see the local people life. Or just cooking in the kitchen and enjoy the view of the nice garden and the sky. A place to come back.

The rooms were good and clean, BUT the staff were not friendly and helpful. When I had booked the rooms 4 persons and came the hotel checked in while receptionist was spoken with us not friendly. She was focusing on her cellphone while she was talking with us!

If you’re looking for a budget friendly small hotel in Tra Vinh, look no further than Thanh Tra Hotel. Rooms at Thanh Tra Hotel provide air conditioning, and getting online is easy, with free wifi available. While in Tra Vinh, you may want to check out some of the restaurants that are a short walk away from Thanh Tra Hotel, including La VANG Restaurant (0.6 mi), Mandi Cafe (0.2 mi), and Anh Thien (0.2 mi). Best of all, Thanh Tra Hotel makes it easy to experience some great Tra Vinh attractions like Ang Pagoda, which is a popular historic site. The staff at Thanh Tra Hotel looks forward to serving you during your upcoming visit.
a hotel which reminded usaf the Vietnamese tourist hotels of 20 years ago. the room at the front was very noisy, so we changed it to a room without windows in the back. the room was clean, the bathroom as well. But cockroaches (huge ones) underneath the bath. we had dinner at the hotel which was nice.

I don't even know where to begin... We had booked a double room with balcony, but the room that was offered to us at first, was in the street level and had a huge window to the street, so we could hear all the noise from the busy street outside (impossible to sleep). We then asked for another room, from upper floor, and then we got moved to the highest floor (4th floor), but the room wasn't any better.. Horrible little room with 70's interior, there was dirty and the bathroom taps looked like they had never been cleaned! The staff (even the owner) doesn't speak or understand hardly any English, so it was really hard to communicate with them. On top of this, our luggage had been tumbled while we were outside on the first day!! Luckily nothing had been stolen from us.. There were many signs around the hotel that said if something was stolen, the hotel wouldn't take responsibility so.. The only upsides in this hotel were that the air-condition works, there's hot water, and that it's very cheap. But nevertheless, not worth it and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!
