Nice staff, lack of maintenance

We spent 3 nights there. Staff was extremely kind, really customer oriented. Lunch there was excellent, though a bit pricey (60€ 2 persons, 1 starter to share, 2 main dishes, 1 dessert, 1 coffee, 1 bottle of wine and 1 of water) Unfortunately, the hotel was not as good as they were: - Room was cold. Heaters only worked some hours and not all night long - Maintenance was missing. Some things, like the trim of the slot to connect the electricity with a card was missing. Same with the thermostat wheel, or with the shower/bathtub selector, those were missing as well - Only one glass in the bath. - No shelf in the bath to leave the toilet bag - Room was in the ground floor, facing the alley, so we couldn't pull the curtains - Mattress was old-style, with springs... A bit uncomfortable - Old CRT TV with DVB adapter (2 remotes) - Breakfast was quite standard Anyway, it's not that expensive so if you are on a budget, it is a good option

Casas Rurales Basicas Cortijos El Encinar

Acogedor
