The one bedroom we stayed in was very nice. The staff has really improved since last September. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast is now excellent. The TV is now digital instead of analog. USB ports still missing, as is a room safe. . Bathroom sink is tiny and toilet is only high enough for midgets. The mattress was decent but could be more comfortable. The shower is cramped and the shower curtain is way too long and went well the bottom of the tub to trip us. Barking dogs allowed in hotel were annoying. We would return to this hotel. Hopefully minor improvements will continue to happen.

What a hidden gem! This place is clean, quiet, decent (i have experienced worse). Nothing off or iffy at all (i.e.which may be associated with 'motel'). Came here with in laws (seniors). Was worried they dont like the place (they dont even want to stay at 'diamond' airbnb). But they are happy with a very good quality of this accomodation. Convenient location ..it's just off the highway.. circle K, a&w, gas station are also next door (5min walk). Across the street is paramedic office. Washroom has no fan though. May feel damp overnight. Regardless, I still highly recommend this place. Cleanliness is utmost importance.

The Woodview Villa (Inn) was a private dwelling until April 1946 when it was taken over by the partnership of Daniel P. Delaney and William F. Koepke who began running it as an Inn. Subsequently, Mr. Delaney and his wife took full ownership and added the Garden Suites in the early 1950's. Shortly after, the Inn and Restaurant were given the name ' The Athlone Inn and Restaurant', which remained the name until closing in 2014. The Woodview is a 10 room Inn, which includes breakfast with every night stay. Today your hosts, John and Steve, give a nod to this grand lady's former history and glory by celebrating her original name. Welcome to The Woodview Inn.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Woodview Inn. What a gem! John and Steve are the most engaging and involved innkeepers I have ever met, always visible and present to ensure your stay is top-notch. Robin at the Front Desk is lovely and welcoming. Although we arrived when a party of 12 was checking in, she managed to take that quick moment to greet us and make us feel welcome. All of the staff were warm and professional. We stayed in Garden Suite #1, adjacent to the main inn. King bed with a comfortable pull out bed and a full kitchenette. Never have I been in a room in my travels where you don't find something askew, even if it is the most minimal. Not here. Impeccabily clean with attention to detail a priority. In the morning we had a lovely cooler outside our door chock a block full with fresh fruit, yogurt, orange juice, Proseco, granola bars and croissant sandwiches. The onsite restaurant, Graydon's ......WOW!! The food is exceptional. We had the filet mignon and ribs...both accompanied with seasonal vegetables and perfectly cooked! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The ribs....best ever. A generous portion even with the 1/2 rack and the meat fell off the bone. The homemade sauce.....spectacular....wish they bottled it for sale. We started with the gourmet onion rings ( to die for ) and the seared Ahi tuna salad ( a special that evening). We will definitely be back, and will be certain to recommend The Woodview Inn as a great place to relax while visiting the Kingston-Gananoque area.

I was very tired of driving from Montreal to Toronto, so I decided to stop in Kingston. I checked in late at night. I had a friendly chat with a Queen's history major at the Front Desk. The room was extensive with a sofa bed & big desk. In the morning, there is a good breakfast menu. I will definitely stay here the next time I am inn Kingston.

Great stay. Nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was a nice size - bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained room. Shower was great. Good pressure and loved the shower head. Nice stream of water unlike some of the cheap ones typically found in hotels. Breakfast looked nice but we didn’t use it other than grabbing coffee. Wild wings, McD’s, Tim’s, Chinese food, Dollarama, No Frills, Canadian Tire, and Shoppers were all walkable. Casino was close but it’s not very good. Small and nothing overly exciting. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Located right off Highway 401, the Kingston Motel 6 is the first motel in Canada to be built with the "Modern Rooms" look! This inn features a coin laundry facility and free wireless internet. Micro-fridges are available.
The room that we got was recently renovated and I liked it! The beds don't look too bulky and at the same time it feels comfortable! The desk staff are friendly and were able to help us in whatever we needed. Also, they have free hot drinks with scalding hot water available at the back of the lobby. It was definitely different from the other Motel 6s we stayed in. Especially with the price that we got (just half the price compared to other suburban highwayside hotels in the city and 1/3 to 1/4 the price of the waterfront hotels). Big bang for the buck!

I stayed at the Inn as a group for a ladies weekend away. When we booked our two rooms, we requested adjoining rooms is possible. When we arrived, we our rooms weren't even close together. One room was so small that the pull out bed sat onto of the foot of the real bed, so we requested a room together and one that could accommodate three people comfortably. We were placed in adjoining rooms. There was much more space. There was, however, a tub in room next to the bed that leaked from the faucet. We told the staff this upon our arrival. Nobody came to assess it. It wasn't just a drip, it was a steady stream of water that ran all weekend. It was running loud enough to wake us up over night. By the time we left, on Sunday, the floor from the tub to the bed was soaked. The food at Jake's was not good. Lucy at the reception desk is incredibly rude. I enjoyed my stay even with the above mentioned, however dealing with her is what is giving this review one, and if I could give zero, I would. I have been working in client relations for over 20 years, and the way I was treated is completely unacceptable.

All rooms with Fridge, Microwave and Coffee maker. A picnic area with a barbecue and children's playground is on site at Fox Motor Inn. Boat parking is available.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was good. Staff were nice. The room was small but this is to be expected from a roadside motel. Close to downtown and river walkway, so that was nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Here is our negative experience booking with Delta for the May long weekend. I wanted to treat my GF to a little getaway. She had loved her experience with Delta 10 months ago and was excited to go back. It was not a pleasant hotel experience and here’s why: • Poor service from the booking agent (butchered my last name, incorrect Email address); • The price of the room was borderline highway robbery for one night (around $550). Parking ($30) and breakfast not included; • Did not honour a little request to have bathrobes and slippers in room; and • Ordered room service for breakfast the next day. It took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room, and some items on the tray were cold (i.e.: toast, eggs). The fact that the watermelon slice was already eaten off the plate was inexcusable. By then, my frustration was noticeable, and my girlfriend’s experience ruined. End of day this was to be a beautiful story shared with our family and loved ones and sadly the Delta experience is by far our most unsatisfactory story. I would love to know where my girlfriend’s amazing stay 10 months ago could have been so tarnished this time around. We had a great time in the city! We will go back to Kingston as it is a beautiful city with much to see and do. But we will NOT be using this hotel ever again.

Where change meets preservation - The Rosemount Inn features gourmet breakfast, romantic fireplace rooms, and a on-site spa inside a historic mansion.
Wow , this was such a lovely bed and breakfast , check in non contact , although we did meet a wonderful staff member when we arrived . We had room #1 , on the first floor , large window to view the side garden. The gardens and property are very nice. The porch was great for a drink or two. Later on at dusk the gas fire pit was running , very nice. This bed and breakfast built in 1849 -50 , all the charm you are looking for. You like stone this place has it. Nice sitting room . Without that old house smell. The room amenities , bed was nice , did not miss the TV and the bathroom was excellent. Great shower. The breakfast in the morning was excellent , sandwich ,cheese, fruit , croissants. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Thanks
