Reviewed By heinthetravellerDuring the stay there, many inconveniences are occured but the belows are the worst. - Resort forgot to arrange pick up service at airport, but the worst thing is they don't apologize and they blamed us why we arrived early (though our flight landed as schedule) - The welcome fruits (banana, oranges) are way too ripped to eat. - There are privates parties whose noises are way too disturbing the guests are going on. - The staffs are not professional enough to handle over all services (I believe the majorities haven't received the training yet). - You can see the AC is never cleaned with the amount of dusts on it. - The facilities and infrastructure are nice BUT no maintaince. - the main swimming pool seems never cleaned due to the amount of Algae... I do wish the management of the hotels will have a look for long term businesses.

Reviewed By Trolljenta74Obwohl das Resort bereits auf allen Portalen beworben wird und z.B. auf Booking.com gebucht werden kann (und zwar zu nicht gerade günstigem Preis!), ist es überhaupt noch nicht in Betrieb. Vor Ort finden noch umfangreiche Bauarbeiten statt, die angebotenen Lodges werden aktuell von Einheimischen bewohnt, es gibt keine Rezeption und keine Zuwegung. Sehr merkwürdig!

Reviewed By bavaria356I booked 3 rooms on booking.com. The day after the reservation, they sent me this message: Dear Guest Thank you for your booking but too early for April 2019 because we can confirm the room within one month MFV 095028749 So I asked them how it was that booking was possible on booking.com if they could not confirm the reservation, and which type of establishment only validates a reservation a month in advance. They told me that during the Burmese New Year, they could charge a lot more than booking.com This is lamentable. Shame on them !
