Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Tampa North I-75 - University Area. We are less than 3 miles from the University of South Florida - home of the Bulls and 12 miles from historic downtown Tampa. Nestled in Telecom Park we offer a great location for anyone traveling to Temple Terrace or Tampa area. Accommodations include complimentary Wi-Fi, self-parking and hot breakfast buffet daily. Fitness buffs can enjoy our complimentary fitness center or take a dip in our outdoor heated pool while catching some rays on our large patio area. All large guest rooms are equipped with microwaves, mini-fridge, Keurig, 32" TV and work desk. Our Suites offer all these amenities plus a separate living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Reviewed By kelnron05We reserved this for 3 nights after our cruise. Check in took 45 min. There were issues with customer before me. Not once did she apologize during the 45 min wait or move them aside and quickly take care of the 2 of us in line. The room was absolutely disgusting. We stay at Holiday Inns monthly and I can not believe this was so bad. Carpets horribly stained, hair in the sink. The bathroom was not cleaned. The furniture was old, outdated, stained. Wouldn’t let the kids sit on it. The sofa bed was a joke! Nothing but Springs and super flat. After calling the front desk they found a rollaway bed. The guy bringing it up was super nice and apologized and said this bed wasn’t going to be any better and said all the beds were old. We used two comforters on top of it so one of my daughters could sleep on it and our other daughter slept in the bed with us. We checked out immediately the next morning. I hated sleeping one night but it was late and the nearby hotels didn’t have any available rooms until next night. Hundreds of other hotels in area go there! Thank goodness the next Holiday Inn was perfect and what we generally expect from a Holiday Inn. We received our money back which we greatly appreciated.

Reviewed By H5561LOdonnalMy husband and I stayed here recently and were greeted by Taylor and Susan they were very friendly and helpful, I was having a procedure at the Moffitt Cancer Center nearby and they were wonderful in helping us find our way around. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Will stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again Donna Leckenby

Reviewed By M4282VBdavidcNice economical choice for short stays. First week has gone well. Starting second week now. Low noise level and the tenants are well behaved. Front desk also helpful along with cleaning staff. This location takes pets.

Reviewed By Nomad55141533083Everyone from housekeeping to maintenance to the managers are extremely friendly and accommodating. I can not say enoufg positive things about this location. Excellent customer service all around. This is the third wood spring suites I have stayed in and this is the best one out of them all.

Reviewed By 382kianapThe first room we had smelt like mold. We swistcged rooms and the bathroom in the second room was disgusting. The walls were so dirty, there was black stuff around the shampoo/body wash. It was horrible
