The swimming pool and hot tubs are awesome. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk staff was very professional. The food was delicious. I am highly recommended this hotel for staying in sun peaks

The Coast Sundance Lodge offers the best ski-in, ski-out in all of Sun Peaks. And we’re in the perfect spot to take advantage of some of the best hiking, biking and golf in the area, too. We feature a range of spacious rooms, suites and lofts, all of which come with kitchens or kitchenettes.
We have stayed here a number of times. The location is great, staff is friendly the rooms are good value for the price. It is one of the best locations on the mountain. A great coffee shop, Bolaccos, also on the premises, which is a bonus. A great way to start your day. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay - Richard made check in a breeze - location was great - room was clean and so comfortable to stay in - due to scheduling we were unable to take advantage of breakfast and high tea - loved the fireplace - would definitely come again

The hotel has had rugged use and looks a bit tired. The dog friendly room we were in was compact but very practical, and had everything we needed. Quite a bit of noise transference from the hallways during the day but quiet times are respected so the nights were fine.Indoor and outdoor hot tubs are small but well-maintained. The fitness room was a pleasant surprise with 4 cardio machines, free weights up to 50 pounds, benches and 4 universals. Very pleasant staff, prompt service, and good central location. Wide variety of types and costs of rooms. Dog charge is high relative to other hotels.

The Sun Peaks Lodge is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift for skiing, hiking and biking and the 18-hole Golf Course. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door. The 44 rooms and studios are tastefully decorated and feature flat screen TV , comfortable beds with duvets, hotel fridge, private safe, phone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea, iron/ironing board, renovated bathrooms with walk in rain showers and hairdryer. The studios offer kitchenettes. During the ski season (Dec-Mar) a hot tub, sauna, steam room, ski storage room and the Steakhouse restaurant are available.
Tried calling them but could not get thru so left a message. Went on line and cancelled reservation thought all was good. Got a call after that informing me that the reservation had been cancelled and my card charged. When I questioned why I was told it is their policy to charge with less than 7 days notice. I said it is 5 days ahead of the booking but was told sorry there are no exceptions. I asked if the hotel was full at this time of year, was told it wasn’t my business. I asked to speak to this persons boss and was told “I am the manager and owner” basically I do as I please. I suggest not booking at this fly by night establishment as all they want is your money!

Room was mouse infested, mouse feces under the sink, and my kid watched one run across the room. Egg yolk baked on the plates, burnt food on the fry pan, had to scrape the left over food off the spatula with a knife, and my girlfriend opened a towel off the rack and found a big clump of hair in it. Do Not Waste Money on this Property, if you dont want to be dissapointed.

Best for ski in ski out. Room look dated on marketing material but they are nice. Best location. Bars and restaurants on door step. So close to main chairlift. Friendly and very helpful staff. Couldn't recommend anywhere else.

We are in Unit 54 which is lovingly maintained and well stocked with kitchen items etc. I would recommend Unit 54 and rate it as excellent. Location is also great. Nice big spa. We came here with 6 other families and found that there are inconsistencies from unit to unit within ‘Crystal Forest’. It really depends on how the individual owner has furnished and maintained that individual property. Even though our unit 54 was excellent I have rated ‘Crystal Forest’ as average for this reason. i.e. inconsistent quality. If choosing this site then I suggest you look for reviews for the specific unit you are wanting to book.

We booked the Kookaburra Lodge for my daughters soccer team attending a Tournament in Kamloops. It was a 45 minute drive every day to the Soccer Fields, but the condos were perfect for our Team. We were able to save money on meals by utilizing the great fully equipped kitchens in the condos. It was so nice to have kitchens that were equipped with pots/pans, kitchen utensils, plates/bowls/cups, some spices, and even plastic wrap and bags! The rooms were very comfortable and had laundry facilities as well, which were great for washing smelly soccer jerseys! Everything about the Condos were great. The location of Kookaburra to the village was very convenient as well, an easy two minute walk to the edge of the village and the River running by was great for walks.
