Reviewed By infinitiboysNothing special about this Hampton Inn. The room I stayed in (111) is considered a suite, though nice sized, it was getting a little beat up. The “floating night stand” was 1/4 of the way to coming off of the walls. The bath tub and furniture were all getting a little worn. The bed was comfortable and the shower provided decent water pressure. I did see about 10 ants in the room during the course of my stay. The desk clerk offered an apology, but didn’t seem surprised. Service over all was just perfunctory. The breakfast was pretty standard, except they are cutting way back on their offerings.

Horrible customer service
Reviewed By lorigehres2201I do not recommend this hotel. Terrible customer service my entire 5 night stay. Nobody was at the front desk for 15 minutes when we walked in. I had to walk down a hallway and ask a housekeeper if anyone was working the front desk. A few other times I needed the front desk during my stay and nobody was there each time. Pool was down the whole visit. They did make us aware of that but hoping it would be back up within our visit. Housekeeper was rude to my daughter saying we need to get out of the room because she needed to clean it. I then went out to the hallway and spoke to housekeeper letting her know we had another night stay and showed her my reservation. She said she has nothing to do with that and that she only follows her paper and I need to talk to the front desk. She was very rude about it.

One of the worst hotels I've ever visited
Reviewed By S6907PJstephaniejWe are a military family who traveled home to visit for the holidays. We had two rooms. One had to be changed 3 times. Window and door were both cracked and we arrived after 10pm that night. Toilet didnt work, tv didnt work, sheets were dirty, carpet was dirty. The bathroom faucet wasnt working. And the other room had to be changed twice. The walls were very thin. The rooms are very worn. There was a constant smell of marijuana and it was very noisy with people jumping, walking and talking all day and night. We stayed because I waited too late to book a place that was pet friendly and everything was full. The first night that we were there, the man at the desk was super nice. Within in the next two nights, we came in at about 5 am because we had something going on with family. We were supposed to check out but we needed sleep. I went to talk to whom I later discovered was the manager or the GM. He said that my dogs had been barking all night, (which they only bark if someone is at the door or trying to get in the door). He told me that we could not stay, which was fine with me. But he was EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason. I spoke to the guy at the desk when we were checking out the next day and he told me that he is always that way. I would not recommend my military counterparts to ever visit this hotel. Or anyone else for that matter. Not until they update it and change things, number 1, changing the GM. Have a great day!

My room was clean and comfortable. Plus, the continental breakfast did fulfill my family's needs not to travel outside the property early in the morning despite the adjustments due to covid protocols in place. Bugs and dirty rooms
Reviewed By danktank79in the first room there was a problem with the ants when I moved in so I tried to change rooms the second room had 12 channels the first jump ahead 60 the third room the heater didn't worknone of the rooms have good security there's no lock on the Windows anyone could enter they say there's video surveillance but only on half of the building management does not care about any complaint. Breakfast was a lie. My rooms were filthy when I checked in. I know they didn't vacuum my room before I checked in. A tent in the woods would be better then staying here.
