Great surprise
Reviewed By Da_ni_CarabanchelWe have been staying two days in this small pension 5 people for a business trip. Everything in Kassel was complete. And we have all said that on the next visit to Kassel we will stay here again. The rooms were good, the breakfast they gave you was very correct and the hotel people very friendly. Also the town where it is and the surroundings are beautiful. Excellent price quality ratio. Very recommended Only one recommendatión, they don't have shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Cheap accomodation, promising much more
Reviewed By CV-990AThe Hotel was booked via a portal and promised *** service. Expected not much, but still they promise more than budget... Comparison of promise vs. reality: -> 24*7 reception - 1100-1400 and 1700-2230 h only! Imagine u expect 24*7 and stuck in a traffic jam... -> WIFI - no WIFI -> 1 bottle of water per room - no water Staff can barely speak german, so communication is hard. Credit card is not accepted, they intended on cash and only gave a receipt after several discussions (no invoice).
