Reviewed By melodieI62I love this Hotel and the Staff is so accommodating. I rented the events room for my Wedding reception 2019 and now my 60th Birthday Party 2022 at this Hotel. I reserved a block of rooms each time and everyone was happy each time. Breakfast was good and they aim to please ALL quests. It was ALLOT of stuff going on and people needing this and that and they met all of our needs. Cinthya, is the best Manager/Front Desk/Cook she wears multiply hats to keep that hotel running smoothly. I also want to acknowledge Shazia, Savannah, Samantha because they also kept a smile, very professional and helped my family & Friends and all the other people checking in and out and it was over 130 of us. The hotel was very clean and Theresa kept the lobby & bathrooms clean. I will forever be grateful for the staff and their professionalism at Hampton Inn.

At the beginning my room wasn’t cleaned for a couple weeks in a row but nothing crazy I can clean my own room. I understood they were short staffed and corporate priority was to clean rooms for nights stay. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any need you have. Katrina specially always going above and beyond and I appreciate her readiness and kindness for all of us from my company that stayed here. There’s a bar behind the hotel with a really cool concept and subway and a bank down the hill. Super close to the I-95 and plenty of parking. Hotel is almost brand new and the laundry is huge and cheap. Only card key holders have access to their halls and amenities which is good but a little annoying since they don’t give access to delivery people. Gym is okay I don’t love that you can see to the inside from outside and the elevator but is very practical. A vending machine with drinks and snacks and coffee in the mornings. What really stands out is their small staff who I presume work long hours since I see them almost every day mornings and evenings. Thank you for making my stay away from home a little better.

Reviewed By TravismackieStayed here for a week as it was the closest to a work commitment. Clean and tidy hotel with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. Convenient and basic buffet in the morning which i like and also always coffee available in the lobby.

Reviewed By TravelingMomGrandmaWe spent 6 days at this hotel - King Room. I will say it is a super quiet hotel, with friendly cleaning staff. The beds were comfy too. Towels were thin and no extras given. Shower had the best HOT water with adjustable shower head. Breakfast was okay. The waffles were the best. My husband after the first day, drove to McDonald’s for his. Desk staff: I think we dealt with them all since our room keys had to be reset EVERY day. That was frustrating, especially when some of their staff had to give us a “talk” each day on what they thought we were doing wrong. There did have one (younger) man that was pretty rude. They did have an older, thin gentlemen that was nice and extra helpful - he needed to give lessons to the others. Location: Great location

Reviewed By terrysF9368FXThe good things were that the reception staff was friendly. The room was clean. The not good things were that the hotel is shabby. The furniture was broken or in poor repair and the room floor was coming up. We didn't take a shower because of the condition of the tub and bathroom. We will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Needs updates
Reviewed By CRLsratingI had stayed here multiple weekends during the past few months. I feel like I went through customer service training with them. As a titanium member, initially I was never offered any of my incentives. I had to remind them of late check out or of my food credits. As the weeks went on, they would begin to offer the perks as if they just learned about it. The hotel is decent, but it old. Some rooms has cracks in the showers, roaches, cracked counter tops. I began to learn which rooms or areas to not stay in.

Relaxing place when I needed one!
Reviewed By Joseph KAttentive staff. pleasant and quiet location yet convenient to I-95 and Route 1. It was quiet yet probably full for many local activities during my stay. But I never heard any noise. Rooms were of the more updated Courtyard style. Bed was super and bath/shower sweet.
