Not only did we have a restful night in a clean room with a very comfortable bed but the breakfast was served with a warm, friendly smile from Troy. Upon departure, it was discovered that a valuable was left behind in our room. The management quickly and successfully mailed it back to us in record time. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By DemiJFreeRoom was nice and clean. Very minimal dust. It’s was quiet for the most part. The bar and restaurant area really nice and the hotel is really close to a lot of other restaurants and things to do. I would stay again. Mainly being clean was the most important part in my opinion.

Everything was explained loud enough that I could hear it through the glass, even with less-than-perfect hearing. The lot was well-lit with noticeable surveillance. The elevator worked smoothly, the room appeared spacious and the A/C had the room at a comfy temperature. Clean room with everything I could want. Multiple charging stations in the room. Hotel mattresses are always a bit firm for me, but everything was clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was appointed as one would expect, and plenty of hot water. Should I find myself looking for a Spartanburg hotel with a noon checkout again, you know where to find me.

Reviewed By N3540FHtracybWe booked through Hilton and specifically stated in the reservation that we would be arriving between 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. At 11:26 pm we received a call from the hotel. They were overbooked and had given someone else our room. We had been driving for several hours with pets and a child. In addition to stranding us without a room, they charged us for the room as though we cancelled. When I logged into my Hilton account today the reservation was wiped from my account. Fortunately, I have the reservation confirmation and the incoming call log. The night clerk stated that the previous worker should have called us. If they had, we simply would've delayed our trip and avoided this disaster.

The front office staff were very friendly during check in and check out. The food that was served for dinner was decent. My room was clean and I had great stay. I highly recommend the Jamican resteraunt next store.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shops in downtown Spartanburg. We had their breakfast the next morning (about $15 with tax per person). It is well done with some items you don't usually find on a breakfast buffet. We did a video on our YT Khaki Shorts channel about this hotel. I've seen some reviews on here that complained about noise but we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary other than a train about 4 in the morning.

Reviewed By Kdawg282This hotel was extremely dirty. Posting a few photos to provide a visual. Not well taken care from a housekeeping prospective. Hotel is in a good location with many things nearby but I wouldn’t stay here again. Hotel stall was friendly and check in was a little longer than expected, but overall good with the staff. Breakfast was basic for this class of hotels and what you wound expect. Pool was closed. My reviews don’t contain very many negative reviews, so that should say something.
