Reviewed By 127johnsonk45The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building and our room were pretty clean. The check in and check out process was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance at reasonable prices. The hotel resides on a busy intersection but traffic flowed smoothly.

GREAT LOCATION
Reviewed By KnifesbyJKI would’ve given 5 stars but there was ONE elevator NOT WORKING and the hotel only had 2 elevators. This past weekend was the annual Blade show and a lot of us were there for that. Lots of guests and only one elevator working. Also, elevator and hallways don’t seem to have AC as it was very hot and it’s just the beginning of June. Rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean. FYI rooms do not have. A safe box.

Reviewed By 799kareemmI don't know about anyone else, but my family and I enjoyed our stay at the Red Roof Inn. Everyone was so nice and friendly. But one staff member really stood out, that was Ms. Hima Patel of RRI-088! This lady was exceptional. She was very professional, polite and willing to help. She really made our stay very pleasant! The rest of the staff was good also, but she really stood out from the rest. We need more people in the hospitality business to be like Ms. Hima Patel! Great work!

We are located at exit 260 from I-75 north/south bound. We are close to the new Braves Stadium which is called Truist ballpark. We are an interior property. All rooms have 43 inch TV's. We offer a free breakfast with hot items. We are 100% non-smoking and non pet friendly hotel. All rooms have been remodeled. We have an indoor heated pool, we also offer a fitness center. 24-hr front desk staff. We also offer a business center for our guest. We have a market place with lots of goodies for our guest so you don't have to leave the hotel for any items.

Reviewed By K3288QFjeffreykWhen I arrived to check in which was 10:30 pm I asked the front desk Attendant if my special room request was received. He looked on the file and advised that there was no special request that he could see. My daughter had knee reconstruction surgery and we required a low profile tub/shower for her to access. We continued with the check in process and the attendant was having difficulty finding an available room. Once he found an "available" room he went to check the room personally and when he came back he informed me that the room was not ready. He continued to look for and check rooms for availability coming back each time to confirm the room was either occupied or not cleaned. On the 6th try he guaranteed that this room was cleaned and ready to go and he did not have to check it. He gave me the key and I went up to the room only to find the room was either not cleaned or occupied, hard to tell. The ironing board was out, dirty linens in the bathroom, food and drink left on the desk, beds not made. At this point and after a 14 hour day of flights and airports from Western Canada to this hotel I was frustrated and at my limit. I requested a cancellation of my reservation on the spot and a refund. The Attendant gave me a zero balance folio report but I had to follow up a couple days later with the booking agent to confirm my reservation amount was refunded as I paid the full amount prior to check in. The hotel itself was not very clean, lots of garbage left in the hallways and lobby as well as several people hanging around the hotel that were clearly not guests. I do not like to speak negatively and this is the first negative review I have ever left but unfortunately it needs to be know to others looking at this hotel to move on and look somewhere else. There are several quality hotels about 5 minutes up the 75 from this location.

On our way to the room we viewed a lot of strange people in The hallways. Inside the room, older furniture. No hot water whatsoever. Only a few towels. Breakfast the next morning, what looks like scrambled eggs and white bread. Coffee pot downstairs does not work and the one in the room we had to clean. The refrigerator is partially broken. We will Think long and hard before deciding to stay here again. We paid $52 for the room plus Texas and fees of $14 for one night stay.

Reviewed By DutchLace2.5 rating. Arrived with reservations around 9:00pm with nobody at desk. When they did arrive it was as if we were an inconvenience. Room was clean and welcoming. Quiet night stay and comfortable bed. Breakfast was said to be hot. More like mediocre. Have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this was not one of the best customer service experiences.

The staff is friendly and give very good customer service and they are always on call when you them. The Esa make feel welcomed even if your just staying for a night or even long term. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone to come stay.

I tried to resolve the issue of the filthy room with the front desk, but they weren't hearing a word I was saying. The room smelled of urine and the bathtub wasn't clean. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
