this hotel is good only for one night, the services for the hotel are so so, the attencion is n´t good, they are a lot of food but the quality is bad, the rooms have air conditioner but the cleaning is terrible, the pool has a bad location into the hotel is too near to the restaurant and we feel embarrassed to used, the good is near to the beach.

The hotel was very far away from de beach and the installations weren’t very good, the food wasn’t good, the pool was ugly and some rooms doesn’t have ventilation and windows and you can’t manage the air-conditioner like you want because you don’t have the remote control.

Awesome view, great service and great rooms. Edie no only served out table but give excellent advice about places to visit in the island. He even called the car rental company and reserved for us what they call "Mulas" which is basically a Golf card for up to 6 people. We practically visit the most interested places in the Island thanks to his help. I will come back for sure.

One of the greatest hotels I went to in my life, it has a great reception, employees, room service, and restaurant. It has spacious rooms with an amazing view to the ocean and it has its own private pool that is cleaned daily. I would recommend you stay in it when you visit Alexandria.

Ubicado en el sector de Sarie Bay, a 10 minutos del centro de San Andrés y del aeropuerto. El hotel cuenta con una espectacular vista al mar de los 7 colores
I booked this hotel based on the comments below and I am so glad we booked it just for 1 night before going to Providencia. We arrived about 10:30 pm and they had a party in the social area which is really close to the rooms. The lady mentioned they will finish the party at 11 pm (it did not finish at that time). The room that we got was right on the main road, the aircon was not working properly so the room was really hot, you also can hear everything that's happening on the streets, rubbish truck at 2 am, the party down stairs, people coming after partying at 5 am and finally they were doing some construction that started at 7 am and it felt like the people where inside the room screaming. In addition, the lady at the reception told us wi-fi was for 5 days and cost $20.000 COP, we needed it so I asked for the password and would pay that price: she said the page was down and she could only give it to me the next day (the day that we were leaving). For $300.000 per night I expect something better than this. The place is rundown and not very inviting. I don't recommend staying here.

Hotel Sol Caribe San Andrés · All Inclusive Rooms with air conditioning, television, telephone, bathroom and bath amenities. Delicious restaurants with local, Colombian and international recipes. Gym. Bars. Night show. Beach club 15 minutes by car. IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL? The pool at the Sol Caribe San Andrés hotel will be under renovation between April 18 and August 31. But don't worry, you'll have free access to the 3 pools at Hotel Sol Caribe Campo! We will take you every day in the morning and return in the afternoon
We had an excellent time here in Sol Caribe Centro, the accommodation was good, a big space for us 2, and the resting was on par for all the walking and activities we did around the day. We traveled various days to Solcaribe Playa, to take the sun and to do a couple of tours/site seeing activities. We had to take the bus (public transport) to get to various places around the island, but we had no trouble asking for any direction, and really don't mind taking the bus to get somewhere, so it was Ok for us. In the morning before leaving to other places, or in the night, the entertainment staff were doing activities, in the morning some dancing/exercising and in the night some entertaining shows, We had a god laugh on all the activities, the staff was really friendly and good sports, if you are available to participate, do so and meet some great people from the staff (Nichy, Nicolet, Jean Clovis, and Rosenberg) and on all the following days you will keep laughing and having a great time.

Basic basic basic! Smushy beds, clogged shower drain, the wifi didn't work in our room and there was no hot water. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was friendly and it was well located but those are the only positives. Would not stay here again.

Newest hotel on the island, still had the orange plastic cover on the smoke detector. ;) Very clean, included breakfast was fine but could have used a little more variety with the hot items. Some pastries would have been nice. Everyone was very pleasant and lack of Spanish wasn’t a problem at the hotel. Very secure, floors weren’t accessible without your room key. The lobby, bar, pool and restaurant were on the 5th floor and had amazing views. Great location, short walks to multiple restaurants, plenty of duty-free shopping and dive shops. Tap water isn’t drinkable here because of the salinity but you can find bottled water at any small market nearby. Change dollars for pesos at the front desk. Dollars aren’t widely accepted.

I went right after covid so I think I got the nice view because there was noone in this hotel. Also bought all inclusive. The food and the service for the food was awful. They have a bar open until ten pm but you have to walk into their kitchen to get anyone to get you a drink. There's no menu for dinner they just tell you what they have and you have to choose, I'm writing this on day two and it's literally the same menu for lunch and dinner. The food is so bad my dog wouldn't eat it. There's no hot water in the shower. The pools are nice but they have no bar or anyone working the pools, also they have like three chairs for their two pools. So far it's pretty bad but I do have a nice view. I'm accustomed to better for this price which is why I'm being so harsh.
