Nice small hotel
Reviewed By adl72Hotel is in the middle of a residential area, my GPS directed me down the top of the street, which shortly after became a one way (no entry), so I had to drive around a bit to find the right route. There is a small car park at the hotel, but it can be vey tight - I managed to park at the side which had more room. On street parking appears to be unrestricted. There is no dedicated reception desk, so on arrival go to the bar - English is spoken by some staff but not all, so have your booking confirmation available! My room was spacious and sparsely furnished (bed, two chairs, coffee table, wardrobe) a desk would have been handy, but clean. Lack of power socket for chargers / laptop. No air-con, but the windows open fully. Nice comfy bed. Shower room was clean. Wifi connection was unreliable. Restaurant service in the eveinings was good - delicious Schnitzel! There was one lady waiting and although it is not a large restaurant, she could have done with a helper. Breakfast was good - standard continental offer of cold meats and cheese, yoghurts and cereals. NIce fresh scrambled eggs and coffee.

Reviewed By HaddixVery nice boutique hotel and spa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The restaurant has excellent food with an unexpected variety drink selection. The Quail dish was amazing for supper. Highly recommend while in Rotenburg, Germany

Convenient and fair priced
Reviewed By lovisaisoldeClean, spacious, and accomodating. Very kind and helpful staff in the hotell and restaurant. Fairly priced rooms and restaurant food. Don’t miss the bowling alley underneath the building or the assortment of gemstones for sale in the lobby! If I have to pick one con, I would say that the interior wasn’t very personal or creative. Otherwise all good ?? Adorable little town, very nice to have a stroll in!

Reviewed By tonybamfordTook a break from an 9 hour drive (age thing). Easy to locate after booking, staff very helpful. Hotel very clean throughout and modern conveniences. Had evening meal in hotel restaurant, very good portions and well cooked. Quiet surroundings and efficient service. Breakfast included in price, good selection of food to suit all tastes. Beds clean and comfortable and en suite bathroom really welcome after hot day driving.Tea and coffee making facilities in room would be a very welcome addition and possibly help get better star rating.

Tired hotel
Reviewed By Sue HRestaurant very good. Food cooked and presented well. Hotel is beside a busy, noisy road so I suggest bedroom at the back important. Our bedroom though had a lot to be desired. Very small bathroom - tap and plug very stiff and the lighting poor. Uncomfortable beds - new mattresses might help. Our room had a third smaller bed which I eventually utilised, although the window next to it was cracked and also the outside roller blind would not close. I’m sorry to say that, even though we enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast, I couldn’t recommend this hotel.
