Reviewed By M5073UPtomwi stayed for 8 days, room had dirty floors, room never vacuumed, on last night, room not cleaned at all, we had to get rid of trash ourselves, and ask for clean towels, tried to get help with management, no response, to busy to help, front desk very unfriendly most of the time, food served in hotel, not very good, terrible experience for a Hilton Hotel

Reviewed By lkis229We stayed only one night but found the staff helpful and friendly and the room comfortable and clean. There was no hot breakfast available and the bistro was closed unfortunately. They did have bagels, muffins and a few other items on a table that you could buy but that was it. I was disappointed to find no hot breakfast could be bought. The location was convenient and the room quiet.

Great hotel for what we needed
Reviewed By Terri GStayed here because it was close to a wedding we were attending. Room was smaller than average big chain hotels but not really an issue for us. Had a king size bed in a non-smoking room that was actually soft and not hard as most hotel beds normally are. Room was clean and on 1st floor which was nice. Room also came with a microwave and refrigerator which was great for the leftovers we had. No iron or coffee maker but again, wasn't an issue for us but if you needed one, the room didn't have it. The breakfast area was closed to COVID which we had expected. Felt like we were in a safe area. Check in/out staff people were friendly & helpful.

Reviewed By Mike DThe Hotel was a absolute sewer, air conditioning did not work, no hot water, beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms smelled musty. The hotel also charged me a $100 deposit which they did not refund, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When I called to inquire about the refund the person I spoke with was extremely rude and told me "My bank was lying to me" -- they were actually accusing Mastercard of trying to steal $100 from me ......... If you don't want to stay in a filthy stinky hotel that is going to scam you ....... STAY ELSEWHERE >>>> THIS PLACE IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL
