Beautiful four diamond property located in the heart of Reston Town Center, with over 100 restaurants and shops steps outside our doors. We offer 32,000 sq feet of meeting space, Tavern64 farm-to-table restaurant, indoor pool/jacuzzi, full scale gym with personal trainers, along with access to an open air pavilion. Just minutes from Metro’s Silver Line. Panera Bread located inside the hotel.
Good place but very expensive and no breakfast.
Reviewed By Mark MI was there for a business meeting at a "discounted" rate, but it is still the most expensive "airport hotel" I have ever stayed in. NO BREAKFAST! Small pool and workout area. Nice rooms and ambiance and in a nice area, but nothing much to really do locally.

Reviewed By Keith MWithin 1 hr of leaving the hotel, I realized I had left something in my room. I recognize that is not the fault or responsibility of the hotel. Called the hotel immediately, asked them to locate item and call me so I could make arrangements to have item picked up by a friend. No return call. Left 4 messages with Housekeeping. No return call. Spoke with front desk personnel, who each promised to speak to housekeeping and call me. No return call. Looked in my email and found a hotel generated email I received asking me if I enjoyed my stay. Responded to email and outlined my experience in trying to locate my item. After 5 days, no response. After no response to email, I got pretty annoyed. So I called and asked if I had sent the email to the correct address. Found out the email asking me if I had a good stay or any concerns came from the email address of someone who hasn't worked there in a while! Front desk apologized, as she remembered receiving one of my earlier calls. Told me she was connecting me to the GMr of the hotel so I could speak with her. Call went to Voice Mail, I left a message and no return call. When the General Manager doesn't care about customer service, I don't see how anyone can expect staff to do so either. My hotel room at this property was fine. Would have stayed there again, most likely. But now. after this lack of respect for both my property and my time spent dealing with this, I don't see that happening. Has really put me off Westin in general.

Great location and hotel stay
Reviewed By ronxb2022Great room (202). If I were in the front left rooms on the opposite side, the metal plates in the road (parking lot) would be annoying to hear when cars drove over them. The gym is great for a hotel. I thin having a camera in there would be smart. If someone had an issue, it would be great to know the staff was watching. Hopefully they add a camera in there. Everything was clean and the staff was professional. I did the digital check in and out option. It worked well. The digital room key did not. I got a physical key because of it. I’ll stay there again. I picked this place because of all the high ratings on trip advisor. The free breakfast was good (eggs, oatmeal, sausage, cereal, coffee, toast, yogurt, muffins….) there were many seating options too both inside and outside. I’ll certainly stay there again. Overall, one of the best hotel stays I have had with a Hampton Inn. Great job on the management’s part. Oh parking options in the front and back are awesome. Thanks.

Reviewed By sellerslee143Good experience. Zafar at Reston VA was nice. Had some good cable TV. Extended stay America at Reston VA has a stove and sink. Pots eating utensils. Close to YMCA Target Chipotle and chick filet. Good experience.?

Above and beyond
Reviewed By DianeP120I was going to the Virginia Spine Institite next door, and the Uber left me off at the Sheraton. The floor staff went over and above in helping me. They got their little shuttle bus thing and drove us up the hill and around the parking lot to the enteance of the Institute. We were not staying at the hotel, or even potential guests, but they went out of their way to help me. If I need lodging in the area again I would definitely book with the Sheraton Reston. There are not enough nice things i can say about them.
