Reviewed By jeffZ1995JVBeds are uncomfortable and towels are thin and scratchy—- fabric softener? Overall a great experience. Good for dogs and the rooms are huge and balcony was wonderful. Some hotel led short hikes or a tour of the animals would be a nice addition to activities. Electric bike rentals on site would be fantastic- with a large basket for little dogs.

The guesthouse Beim Nuihausa is in the Center of the village Reit im Winkl in the bavarian alps near the Chiemsee. The guests can choose of different categories: Appartements, Comfortrooms, Standardrooms and Economyrooms. Included in the price of the rooms is the bavarian breakfast buffet and the daily cleaning of the rooms. In the Appartements is the use of the breakfast buffet and the daily cleaning possible to an extra charge. The guesthouse is providing a small wellness-area with a saunaland and some spa-activitis. The saunaland is included in the price of the rooms and of the appartements.
A wonderful, relaxing stay with very kind and generous hosts.

The staff were so very friendly, going above and beyond in accommodating us and helping us when our train arrived late, delaying our arrival at the guesthouse. The room was very big and comfortable, and an excellent value for the price. The balcony was also very relaxing with a beautiful view of the town. The location was also very central within Reit im Winkl. We had a great breakfast every morning at the breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend adding this to your stay.

Breakfast was Ok, food on dinner was simple but qualitative. Wellness areas is truly nice for the price, enjoyed! We had special meeting purpose and they arranged ultra beautiful breakfast table for all of us at no request! That was super lovely surprise. Disliked · Check in was painfully slow. German language is dominated, so English speaking only may have some challenges. We have a private meeting with several friends and families and hence asked to arrange a large table for us for the dinner. They did, yet upon coming to dinner, we were waiting and hanging around for 15min as all the waiters were ignoring us.. we found our table at the end, and since then the service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast choice was some that average for 4*S hotel..

Reviewed By LovesCroissantsIf you are looking for a friendly welcome don't show up at 5:01pm. I would rate this hotel average, except for the lack of courtesy by the host. We flew from the USA and immediately went to this hotel because it was so highly rated. The room key was stuck to the office door, no problem there, but our room was quite small overlooking a poorly kept garden. The letter with the key said that the information on how to use the internet was in the room. However all the information was only in German. After much effort of trying to get online, I went to the office and the door was locked. I could hear people talking inside, but after much knocking at the door I was ignored. A guest in the lobby helped me with what to do. Later the office was open and I stopped by to comment that the information was only in German, and I was told it was not necessary to put it in English since most of their guests were German. When I asked why they would not answer the door when I knocked, I was told that he owned the hotel and he made the rules. This is the kind of welcome we received our first hours in Germany. I felt the host was not only unresponsive but rude. There are many more beautiful hotels in this town, I suggest you try another. Loves Croissants

Easter Trip to Reit im Winkl
Reviewed By IulianaladaHi! We were in this hotel from March 30 to April 2 2018. We booked a last minute accommodation, a bit expensive, but it was Eastern, therefore the higher prices. There are 2 parts of the hotel, united through the corridor underground with the swimming pool. The hotel is small, there are places for around 60 people. We had a family room, in the older part of the hotel. It was very large, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space. The hotel isn't far from the center of Reit im Winkl, maybe 10 min walking. There are bars and opportunities to spend the free time there. We had half board. The food is so tasty, so good, the cook Ivan, since many years there, is great. I didn't have such good food since a long time. Breakfast and dinner were very yummy! We went to the indoor swimming pool, everything OK, clean and warm enough. The hotel is directly at the street, but it's not that much traffic, it's peaceful in the night. Internet wasn't very good, it was slowly, long time to register, but I heard that they will change the provider soon. I'd like to come back here, also in the summer season. In winter, it's plenty of snow here and lasting longer than other surrounding locations.

Fabulous room and good location
Reviewed By wanderlustforever21I absolutely loved my room. It was beautiful and spacious. I got a free upgrade. My room was decorated in a contemporary Style. I was able to see many of the other rooms. Each had a different type of decor but all were very nice and recently renovated. Caroline at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is right outside the city wall. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Market Square. I thought the location was fine. You can get other hotels that are within the city walls but I don't think any have the recent renovations or the decor that this hotel has. I liked it so much I extended my stay.

Fantastic accommodation

I cannot recommend highly enough, the host Saskia was very helpful and professional at all times and the whole place was spotless. I will most likely return once our 4th child is born, this time with the kids. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

A true never-come-back hotel
Reviewed By J BHotel Kaiserblick is located at B305 road in Entfelden, Reit im Winkl and offers 12 basic rooms. The hotel is operated as a cash cow. Staffs are poorly trained and the service at the breakfast buffet is a disaster. Please read on. Hotel Kaiserblick lacks a reception and we found its restaurant closed. The hotel basically hosts budget guests and in winter skiers who don’t care about quality. Our room was practically decorated and furnished, with a worn-out double bed, desk & chair, seating set, two small wardrobes, flat screen TV on the wall, and a small private bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. All was clean. We had a balcony with chairs and the view of the building site next door. Next door in hotel Sonnleitn, you find the reception and your breakfast. Here guests of two hotels are queuing in a single line and are served by an totally inadequate waitress. Notwithstanding Covid-19 you enjoy your breakfast in a restaurant packed with guests. If you fancy a worn out bed and an overcrowded breakfast in Corona days, hotel Kaiserblick is the place for. We found it a true never-come-back show.
