I originally booked the room on a travel service. I will not do that again because I needed to make a chnage to our reservation after arrival and the booking service was not responsive. The hotel staff were extremely efficient and helpful and made the changes happen for us. A very nice accommodation in a good location for us.

comfortable hotel, good size bathroom, breakfast was good (bread choice other than bagels would be appreciated, turkey sausage too). Front desk staff polite and helpful. lots of options nearby for travel needs and food. Coffee was good in the am, usually the hotel coffee is too weak but it was good here.

Hi, I enjoy staying at Redmond Inn 229A from 23 Apr to 26 Apr. The facilities and coffee are good. While checking out, the counter staff may have forgot to return the deposit USD 100 to me. Mr Tok Han Hua

Set in the open-air Redmond Town Center - a walkable urban village with shops and restaurants - and close to Marymoor Park, Microsoft and Woodinville wine country, this seven-story boutique hotel delivers a sophisticated Northwest vibe and quirky, curated luxuries.
Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home. We were there for my daughter's wedding. It was the most memorable place that I've stayed at. Love the Archer!

I stayed here 3 nights for business. So far, Hilton Garden Inn has never disappointed. This was no exception! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean. The room was spotless and seemed brand-new. Housekeeping only comes after 5 days, but luckily I had enough towels for the 3 nights I was there. The little mini-store next to the front desk was very convenient to purchase a quick breakfast (muffin) and drinks, and I saw other supplies for sale as well. Breakfast is not included in the stay, and I did not try the restaurant. Only complaint is that the pillows are too soft, and the A/C didn't quite keep up with cooling my room overnight. (The unit is in the entry way by the bathroom door, and does not blow directly into the bed area.) Highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Indulge yourself with a visit to Seattle Marriott Redmond. Our hotel is nestled in the heart of downtown Redmond, Washington makes it easy for guests to walk to the 640-acre Marymoor Park as well as the shops, restaurants and concerts at Redmond Town Center. After exploring the city, relax in recently reimagined, pet-friendly guest rooms with spacious layouts, platform beds, mini-refrigerators, waterfall showers and large windows. We look forward to welcoming you at Seattle Marriott Redmond.
Good location close to town square and lots of restaurants. Very limited toiletries. No hand cream. Bed was comfy. Charge for wifi unless you are a member and even then it's confusing to access. Rooms aren't very soundproof you can hear doors opening and closing. Barn door for a bathroom is useless if you're sharing a room with someone. There is no sound barrier at all. Room was clean and spacious.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff hands down. The staff is so kind from the lady in the breakfast area to those servicing the rooms (please remember to tip). The issues are with the building itself which seems so dated. It was hard to get any sleep because of the outside noises and you can hear everything outside of the walls to the left and right and even upstairs. Whenever anyone used the bathroom or ran water at all it was loud. The lights outside of the hotel from construction or whatever shined all night. The noise outside from traffic was not blocked by windows that should've been there. My drapes had stains I didn't want to investigate and my blinds were broken. This was like a low rent motel rather than something from the Marriott. This was terrible - Totally not worth the price. I would NEVER RETURN

We booked two rooms in May 2022. We had our college aged sons in one room, Mom & Dad (me) in the other. The hotel was very quiet and maybe because it was Memorial Day week & weekend it was extra quiet? Someone mentioned that a lot of folks from Washington state travel East for long weekends (???). Anyway, we had a late check-in and the hotel is joined up with the Marriott. We had to check-in at the OTHER desk. No biggie. Our rooms were both large, clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. Shower was great with shampoo & soap dispensers fastened to wall. WiFi worked great. TV worked as needed. My son checked out the pool, and he said it was small and filled with kids. But what do kids know?? The hotel includes complimentary breakfast, but I must say it seemed pretty low quality - maybe that is too harsh - we all found something to eat and it was FREE. For example, the pre-made waffles were stale and I think some things may have been frozen. The coffee was fine and the toast/muffins and bagels were good. They even had a cappuccino/latte machine. Each morning it was quite busy, but the place cleared out on the weekend - probably less business travelers. The ONLY thing that really bothered me about this hotel is the nightly parking fee - I feel that way about any hotel that charges their guests for parking. I would prefer a higher nightly fee, then trying to tuck that in, but I knew going in but just wanted to rant about it. If you are really savvy, you could find on-street parking to save the $15, but then you have to worry about security or the very real chance you will be caught in a downpour as you try to walk from your vehicle. Anyway, I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Our work team was planning its first get together since COVID started, and we all chose The Element as our hotel. All of us successfully booked rooms. Less than a week before our trips almost all of us got an email stating that "Unfortunately the hotel is completely sold out over these dates due to a reservations systems error and we wanted to let you know as soon as possible." For some reason Redmond is very busy that week, and now we are all spread out across a bunch of different hotels. A very disappointing and unprofessional situation. Be forewarned.
