Reviewed By jbdsFriendly efficient staff, spacious villa with all the equipment and facilities you could need including a full size iron and ironing board, washing machine and enough bathrooms to have a spare. The grounds are well kept and there is on site 24 hour security, breakfast was brought to your villa, a very clean private pool, space for car parking, very quiet and peaceful, a lovely place to stay.

The staff is very friendly and the chef at the omelette station knows what he is doing 10/10. The beach is short walking distance so that was nice. A bit far from everything so I suggest using Grab app for taxis.

Reviewed By Emile WVery well managed resort with friendly staff, excellent fitness facilities and comfy beds. The restaurants are very good too! I would be happy stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering a fitness retreat or wellness retreat.

I can’t say anything bad about the room or the property either except if i really like to make notes on a high level, as I am from the same industry, there are few spots which could be even better. But I did enjoy all 365 degree of the hotel and can only recommend the property for any kind of travelers

A bit rubbish
Reviewed By ScaryBI stayed at the Serenity in the covid aftermath time. I think the room type does effect the stay - my review relates to the "Serenity room" type which is supposed to be an upgrade from the "palm" room. But it was probaby a downgrade. Hotel things: Mixture of residents and tourists, local resident cronies hanging around the pool etc. It's not really a beach. At lower tide you could get down to a sandy patch. Bit noisy at the pool - not that Serene. No evening food anywhere at the hotel, 6pm close. One of my pet hates, the menu prices excluded tax and service charge. Why can't they just put the actual price! Location, nothing around. You could walk up on the dual carriageway to a nearby coffee shop, or dice with death and cross it, to a nice Thai cafe opposite. Not many Grabs - taxi mafia controlling the gate. Rawai beach is cool but over 3km away. Mafia wanted 200 each way. The hotel took a deposit on check in with a card. Serenity Room specific things: The shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. Would you like something in between? Never mind. The room was dark and dingy. Even with all the lights on and during the day I could hardly see how to make a cup of tea. The room was musty smelling. Generally quite old decor (inc lights, power, toilets etc). The double bed was (conspicuously) two beds pushed together No safe in the room! Good things: The wifi was pretty good. The view from the pool area was nice (but from the room was not). The pool was good. The gym was pretty good. The staff were nice. Would I stay there again? No, even with a better room, the location was not great. I couldn't wait to leave.

Reviewed By zemstWe booked 3 nights a poolvilla after arriving in Thailand. So we could wait in style for our PCR results. The poolvilla was ok but not spotless. The Terras was not 100% clean, chairs outside with bird poop… The room was ok but for 250€ per night we expect to have a top luxury feeling and that was not the case. Breakfast was very limited due to COVID and the fact that there were not many tourists. Not all services were available. We understand the situation but then they should adapt the price. It is a beautiful resort but don’t spend 250€ at a poolvilla it is not worth the money.
