Absolute bargain.

What a great bargain this was. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly helpful. A great location only a few hundred yards from the beach. We would definitely use this place again. Nothing but good things to say about them.

A good place to be with kids, reminded us of a Caribbean resort

We stayed at the plus area, Prestige, a very nice room comprising bedroom and a combination of living room and kitchen, two bathrooms Our impression was that it could sleep up to 5 or 6, beautiful sea view Only snag was one floor up with no elevator, for us not a problem but could be for elderly people, but may I say there are floor level units Moving through the immense complex is on the outside, even for breakfast, a problem for us as we had rain and wind all the days of our stay The complex is huge, several swimming pools, children playgrounds, tennis courts, eve a football pitch! A great place to have a summer family vacaton

Old urbanization in a great place

Reviewed By Piktoras

The good: Great location, everything is within a few walking minutes distance. If you aren't renting a car, there's a bus stop nearby, or if the beach is what you are after - it's just a couple minutes away. The reception girl was very helpful upon arrival and explained a lot. The bad: It looks like old urbanization, with paints going off, some punched holes in walls. We had a malfunctioning aircon, which still wasn't fixed by the end of our lengthy stay (I'm not even sure if it will be fixed at all). Communication via reception and asking for things wasn't useful, and we had to talk with maintenance guy and cleaning lady directly to try to actually solve things, instead "we are working on it". There's a lack of quite a few basic stuff if you do some in-house cooking: you have one frying pan, but there's no spatula; you have a coffee machine, but no coffee pods; etc. Overall: We traveled during summer and the quality/price ratio seemed to be really off, based on the prices I've seen for autumn, it looks much closer to reality. I don't expect 5* hotel services and look&feel, but clear communication and real helpfulness go a long way.

Lovely hotel - fantastic staff

Reviewed By wendy h

This was our 4th time staying at this hotel. For various reasons (including Covid, of course!) we hadn't been for six years but the staff recognised us and greeted us like long lost friends. Ferran, Rosanna, Moncha and Charlie have worked here for years and they are all really quite amazing. They work so hard running the dining room and bar area. They are always so friendly and speak several languages. The people on reception are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff make you feel as though you are a member of the family rather than a guest. The resort of Punta Prima is small and quiet and definitely the place to be if you want a relaxing, away from it all holiday. We will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday perfect.

Hostal Punta Prima

Amazing penthouse

Reviewed By e_sherrington

Just returned from a 2 week stay at hostal punta prima (isle de air beach apartments) With jet 2. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to the penthouse oh my god was it worth it. You get the whole of the top floor with 3 terraces. The one at the front was massive with amazing views of the sea, beach and the whole of punta prima. Very well equipped for self catering. Cleaned and towels changed every day. Limited English Channel on the 3 TVs but only watched news a couple of times. Could use the facilities of isle de air apartments but we didn’t preferred to stay on beach which you have direct access to. Lovely restaurants to eat out in in punta prima and you can get to nearby places like Cala Torret and binibeca by land train and taxi taxi really reasonable at 7 euros. Couldn’t fault jet 2 check in flight transfer and rep all good will definitely be returning
