Not so pleasant old lady
Reviewed By jennasyprThe room was clean and the receiving staff were very helpful and friendly. I just had a miscommunication with this old lady in the kitchen. I asked if she can boil food for my lunchbox which she gladly did. But turned sour when she misunderstood it and charged me $200ar. I gave the money right away to avoid an argument. But it’s not about the money. It was her bad attitude. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. It’s a regret for me to write this negative review given that everything else was alright. But as they say, positive experiences are forgotten with just one unpleasant experience.

Reviewed By Hugh SA bit of a trek from downtown Puerto Madryn, but worth it. Has a small pool, a pizza/bar just round the corner, off-road parking, rooms are fine and have a small kitchen. Good breakfast (included), but the best thing was the service - the staff were super helpful on things to do in the region, good places to eat, visiting Piramides, and the various ways in/out of the town.

Very loud seafront
Reviewed By Beatli DWe stayed 4 nights during our peninsula Valdez excursions. Unfortunately we booked a room with sea view not expecting a insufficient insulation. The traffic and partying people with hammering loud music until morning hours just across the road did not allow for a good rest at night. The hotel wa fully booked and we could not change the room but had to cope with it. Due to the construction of the hotel - the breakfast / cafeteria room was in sort of a patio without ceiling - the noise of people and the kitchen staff could be heard on all floors! This is definitely not a hotel to relax or enjoy a good nights sleep! The advantage is that it is near restaurants, shops and the "boardwalk". The room was clean, the shower at times lacked hot water and the service ok.

Beautiful hotel, terrible management
Reviewed By EdeEugeSo... we had booked a large room for our family. Apparently the hotel policy is not to allow more than four people in the room- even if we are talking about two babies ( 2 and 3). We ended up paying double, to stay in two different rooms, on two different floors. No what we had pictured for a family vacation. Worst of all was the attitude of the manager, who made it very clear that it was not her problem to try to solve the situation and would not do anything to help. It was late, the kids were tired and hungry so we ended up staying, paying double and being less comfortable than expected. It as a real pity because the hotel was very nice but the staff had no idea how to make a guest feel welcomed.

Everything clean and comfortable. Shady garden, large salons and kitchen offer good space for sociable guest culture. Staff friendly and helpful with advice, bookings, local knowledge. Breakfast could benefit from more variety, such as fresh fruit. Overall, highly recommended.

Great view and location
Reviewed By smnm2019I stayed 3 nights here, the check in time starts early at 13:00 so we just arrived on time by the plane that left BsAs in the morning and the shuttle bus from Trelew airport. They assigned us the ocean corner room as I requested when checking in. The building itself is a bit aged but considering the great view of the ocean and the good location, it was no big deal. The breakfast is nice, but the dinner wasn’t that good so I recommend other places there are so many nearby in the walking distance. We stayed in the weekend and people were celebrating Christmas holidays out in the beachfront walkways that is right front of the hotel but it didn’t bother our sleeping. 子連れで3泊しました。朝食も美味しく、湯船があったのがありがたかったです。海側の部屋をリクエストするのをオススメします。家族だと空港からタクシーで行くのが楽です。

This is the place where you can have all the information, daily updated, to plan your journey in Madryn. It is also the ideal place to meet people from every corner of the planet and share travel experiences and promote new good moments. The double rooms are very small and simple. Basically designed for sleeping, with exceptional “La Cardeuse” mattresses, excellent unlimited hot showers, and an exhaustive cleaning every day. It is worth clarifying, that these rooms counts with privacy, but share the bathroom with another room across, showing an innovative concept in semi-private. We can offer two separate services within those facilities, private or double ones. The “double bed", which has, obviously, a double bed; or the "bunk beds", which consists of two single beds, one over the other, always in an intimate atmosphere. The Shared bedrooms consist of a big common room, with an internal bathroom, essential for Patagonian nights. The individual lockers offer a safe place to leave your things while you are enjoying your trip. The beds count with those exceptional “La Cardeuse” mattresses too. In every room, individual heaters allows you to manage the room temperature as you like.The service includes breakfast (coffee or tee, with milk, and homemade cakes), access to the internet, Wi-Fi access code. Toilet button failed, would not flush, and you had to reach into the tank to flush. The breakfast included as the only fruit apple, the rest was plentiful: milk, coffee, eggs and different cakes and biscuits. Everything was clean. The rooms are not the ones published in this single photo.

Reviewed By Gabriela SThey charge overprice at check-out, not talking about taxes, they just charged a higher amount than the one agreed at check-in. It’s a very old hotel that needs some... a lot of repairs, very old mattresses, old-fashioned bathrooms and rooms. Poor breakfast, coffee is undrinkable
