This magnificent hotel is situated in the historic centre of Zaragoza, a few metres from the Basilica of El Pilar. It is situated in a modernist building from the beginning of the 20th century. Besides offering guests a very pleasant stay, the hotel is considered as a tourist attraction in the city. It has 3 facades with decorative elements in wrought iron. The walls are made of brick, except for the lower part of the building, which is made of stone.
Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. The hotel has gone to great measures to minimize street and hall noise with double windows and doors. The breakfast, for the price, is probably the best you will find in the world. Fresh orange juice machine is unique. I would have rated this hotel a 5 - but the customer service is what makes the experience. David, the front desk clerk, is rude sarcastic and unhelpful.

Beautiful hotel and convenient location when travelling. free parking outside and basement car parking below. Had not pre booked just checked online that rooms were available and turned up - when we entered the hotel the receptionists were very abrupt and not very friendly. I ask for a room and asked for a a suite for the night and she said do you not want to discuss prices first? like we had just crawled out from under the nearest bridge. I showed her the online price and she immediately raised her voice to say no if we want that price we have to book online, I asked how much it was that she was offering and she replied with ‘more than that’ which I thought was so rude! I find it really hard to believe that a hotel would not be able to match the price they are showing online if not better it! Was debating weather to leave there and then but we had travelled all day and just wanted a shower and some where to rest. We went outside and booked the room which took about 10 mins - we decided to have a walk around and gave them a further 10 mins to book the room as reception was fairly quiet. When we went back in to check in she said she needed our passports which were in the case in the car - so off my husband trailed again to get the passports - I asked while we were waiting is there any paper work I need to do to speed it along and got a sharp no in Response. When my husband came back and showed the passports only then would they let us proceed with paperwork. No information given accept 3rd floor. The restaurant in the evening was nice, good food - gave us a Spanish menu with no English translation - lucky my Spanish is enough in terms of telling what each dish was but not good enough to realise there was goats cheese in one of the meals which I would have never ordered. Despite my hiccup the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were nice and the meal and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and plenty choices. However they have no form of queuing system so people were everywhere and seemed very chaotic with people leaning in front of you to get something from the buffet and walking around the food with no masks on which is not acceptable. They were slow to clear the tables and the placemats still had stains on from the previous guest. Again needs to improve greatly in this area too. The room was big and very comfortable. Great amenities and shower. Housekeeping are doing a great job as our room was spotless. Would have given higher review but the front of house Staff unfortunately let this great hotel down.

We spent two nights at this hotel last week and cannot recommended it enough. It’s excellent value and the location is superb. We had a lovely room overlooking the Main Street but it was quadruple glazed so as silent as the tomb. The staff we encountered spoke perfect English (a rare thing in Zaragoza!) and were very helpful indeed, recommending restaurants and things to do and see during our stay. Should we be passing that way, again, we’d definitely stay there again. They sell delicious cakes too.

Terrible experience with this hotel. We booked at 2:30pm and at 7pm later we had a puncture on the motorbike, and we were stranded in the middle of the countryside. So we called the hotel and asked them to please cancel our reservation since it wasn’t safe for us to get there driving hours in the middle of the night. The staff was not only not understanding of our situation, but they were unfriendly and impolite. Instead of helping us, they only gave us problems and told us they would charge us the full price no matter what happened. Not only we will never visit this hotel, but we won’t visit any hotel in the Eurostars chain if this is the training they give to their staff. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

We were upgraded before we arrived due to a problem with a room we did not even know we were staying in, and they gave us breakfast for free! Due to terrible weather we ate in the hotel restaurant and I would be amazed if you could get a better three course meal for 12.95 euros (plus 4 euro supplement on certain dishes). All staff were excellent as well. When the torrential rains came through the room windows (it was that bad) the staff came with change of towels and cleaned up within seconds of us advising them. Dog friendly. Secure car park. Will definitely stay there again.

I was a bit dissapointed by this hotel as it looked lovely. Negatives 1st The area is plagued by flies. You sit by the pool and are covered in them. I asked the barman if it is normal and he said yes because of the stream. Room 511 bed was all ripped, air con blows scorching hot air after an hour, even after the hotel said they fixed it, toiletries rubbish so bring your own. Breakfast basic, never seen the cafe bar open once, asked for ironing board and was told to ask again tommorrow. This is a 4 star hotel so these things shouldn't happen. Plus side Beautiful picturesque area, nice village with a few bars and restaurants.

I think the only good thing about this place is the price is reasonable Not in an interesting neighborhood - except very convenient for congress center Rooms not super comfortable, no minibar, below average breakfast. Not really a nice ambiance in the place! Staff was nice, but I would stay close to the river or center city next time...

We stayed at Ibis Styles Ramiro for 2 nights, and we were expecting the level of comfort we are used to with other hotels of the chain. The initial room we have been give was street facing and very, very loud. The AC was not working either, which made our sleep uncomfortable. I asked for a change of rooms the next day, which was received positively. The new room was facing a patio and was fine - although it had twin beds instead of the the double one we originally booked. The hotel itself feels a tad old and run down, with stains on the walls and carpets for instance, but was clean. The breakfast was OK, and the staff helpful. They even agreed to let us store our luggages before taking our train. I would come back but renovations are needed.
