This was a nice hotel, located in the centre of town - you will walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking - next door - is expensive (400 pesos/day + 40 pesos per hour past 08:00 AM). The rooms were small and clean. Noise from the common areas, and other guests (in the restaurant and lobby) were amplified by the two-story architecture and interior windows.

Inn and Spa "Posada del Sol": located in the heart of the touristic area from the Yungas, entrance door to Parque Nacional Calilegua, in the National Biosphere Reserve of the Yungas. The architectural style together with the furniture and decoration, brings coziness and blends peacefully into the beauty of the surroundings. It has 20 exclusive rooms with view to the stunning main garden, pool and Spa. The personalized attention and the hospitality of our qualified staff will make your stay pleasant and joyful.
The service was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Just one sign of the attention to detail—they serve fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Having the pool to cool off after spending the hot day in PN Calilegua was wonderful.

Apart from their hostel, they also run a couple of so called cabaňas which are really expensive for what you get. We booked one at the booking site based on their description but at first we were accommodated in a windowsless room (the booking confirmation specifically mentioned "view" in their room decription..) and only when we complained, we were moved to somehow better place with garden window, but still: The bathroom was dirty when we moved in and with toilet flushing malfunction on the top of that. Some of the beds were impossible to sleep at and must have been used for tens of years already.

The hostel is a outside the city centre but at a reasonable walking distance (10-15min). It's simple, the room are quite small and the wifi connection is not very good but was ok. Rooms and bathroom were clean and I especially liked their breakfast which turned to be the best we had in Argentina! Good bread, a cookie per person, 2 different jam, dulce de leche, a big mug of coffee or tea and fresh pressed orange juice (without added water)! The staff was also quite nice. Would recommend it.

Well organised campground with spacious sites and adequate access to electricity and water. Bathroom facilities were kept in decent order. This is a cheap alternative to staying in Jujuy, it is a 30min bus ride into town and buses stop out the front roughly every half hour.

Muy lindo hotel con excelente relación precio calidad. Nos toco venir por carnaval y sin encontrar hotel en las zonas más populares llegamos a este hotel que la verdad nos sorprendió por lo bien cuidado que está, su estructura, comodidad y limpieza.

Hosteria Pura Vida, Villa Jardin de Reyes ( north of SS Jujuy) This was a lovely hillside property at the edge of the forest, looking out over the garden and pool. The upstairs terrace faced the green valley, and was a great place to sit with a drink or to have breakfast. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The host and owner, Jorge, was very hospitable and kind and made us a light dinner as we arrived late in the day, and there are no restaurants close by. Secure parking. The hotsprings Termas del Reyes, with a public pool and a beautiful hotel and spa are 10 km ? Up the valley past Villa Jardin De Reyes. THEFT ALERT AT the HOTSPRINGS! our rental car was broken in to and all our luggage for 10 days of travel north of Salta were stolen. The car was parked in an open area near the bus return-around, but the thieves were obviously experienced and fast. Watch your things!
