Amazing Employees Make this Place Special
Reviewed By lobo1398My daughter and I recently stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. The room was in good shape and clean. Breakfast was good. The employees were amazing. They were incredibly kind. My daughter had some sort of allergic reaction that we were able to pinpoint to the bedding (not the towels, not the pillowcases). She has very sensitive skin and many environmental allergies. Krystal, at the front desk, was amazing. I explained to her what was happening and she deduced that it was an industrial Febreeze type spray that housekeeping uses to refresh the room on their way out. She gave us bedding straight from the laundry room and sure enough the problem was solved. My only regret is that we didn’t ask and figure it out on the first of our 3 nights there, making for an uncomfortable stay. The only other negative is that there was one washer and dryer and the dryer didn’t dry very well, making it difficult to have soccer uniforms ready in the morning.

Reviewed By Paperman87My wife and I attended a reunion, and we didn’t want to have a long drive back to our hotel. I say this because we picked this Hampton Inn purely for convenience sake. After two days, we probably had one of the best travel experiences in a long while. The bed was super comfortable and our room was beyond clean, ..it almost sparkled. The shower was huge, and the water pressure was perfect. You had everything (including a day bed) you needed, and everything worked as expected. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was an unexpected treat. Kids with their parents were eating waffles prepared by a hotel staff member, and it was a breakfast party each day. We are Hilton Honors members, and our business requires multiple road trips across the US, this hotel stands out.

It has easy access to the freeway, has gas stations, shopping and restaurants very nearby and highly reccomend!

Reviewed By TrueTruckerStaff was awesome. Friendly and very energetic. The hotel itself is very old. How old you ask? The windows open up. I saw several people hanging out of the window having their night time cigarette. The room was as clean as they could get it. Comforter was a bit dingy and the shower had mold in some spots. I won’t stay here again, but for a last minute over night stay, it is what it is.

Reviewed By markfX8810FHIt is absolutely filthy. Other people's hair still in sheets that were black and grey with dirt. The box spring was broken. The manager response was, we are booked up, nothing I can do. Avoid dirt, broken furniture and bad service by avoiding this hotel.

Reviewed By JaylieMaeThis hotel is absolutely disgusting. We were there 30 minutes before we requested a refund. Our experience... we parked around back to go up the back stairs to our room. We very quickly realized that this hotel is home to many families. We were greeted by barely dressed people smoking their cigarettes while 2 children (1 in stroller) was playing in the parking lot. Between the smoke, barking dogs and obvious tenement housing, we were taken by surprise. Entering the room, there is an obvious strong urine smell. The smell became worse when I turned on the air conditioner. The light over the sink is exposed florescent bulb. Bathroom was not somewhere I would want to bathe. Carpets are stained. The final straw was when I pulled back the bedspread and found trash. The building in itself does not seem safe. Floors are uneven and you begin to question the structural integrity. This is not even a place you would want to park and sleep in your car.
