Estuvimos con mí señora y realmente todo bien, el personal muy amable, el hotel impecable, muy cómodo, lástima que no están las tinajas disponible. Cercano a varios puntos turísticos maravillosos Fernando

This place lives up to all the reviews and more. I stayed for 4 days to unwind, get some escape time, and snowboard at Nevados de Chillan. It was absolutely gorgeous and Rosa Maria, the owner, was amazing every step of the way. She helped me rent snowboarding gear in town (which was less than half the cost of renting on the mountain as I was going to do) and she was incredibly helpful with my many questions about arriving. The rooms are cozy and warm, and feel very private even though it is actually close to a lot of restaurants and small stores. I would come back in a heartbeat and would bring friends. The layout is six small rooms around a central living room and kitchen, and seemed ideal for a bigger group, maybe who wanted to cook a bit. The breakfast was prepared early enough for the snow sports crowd, and there are several great restaurants within a short walk.

The hut was amazing. Good rooms and good space. Always warm, clean and with varanda. They had a barbeque place and a garage with ceiling. The kitchen and material were also very nice. The pool was frozen but we enjoyed everyday the jacuzzi that needs to be paid apart. The lovely dogs were always playing around. A lot of nature on the neighborhood. The restaurant was fantastic to have dinner and the staff was incredible, specially Dani. Jaun who is the other owner prepared the food and from the restaurant it can be seen. Awesome (local) food. Near the ski station. The breakfast is also very good. Simple, but with a lot of options.

A unique place. Exclusive mountain hotel, with everything you need for a wonderful mountain getaway. Direct access to the slopes, cozy rooms, restaurant, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, an amazing 3 story Spa, heated pools, Gym, Childcare service, Meeting rooms and Convention Center. The Hotel also boasts a wonderful entertainment team that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.
when we booked nowhere was mentioned that it is under construction during our stay. Nowhere is mentioned that they charge you nearly the same amount of the booking additionally as 'deposit' and the manager tried to treat you like an imbecil. The staff and kitchen was wonderfull but the construction noises, the minimized use of the wellness spa area and the arrogant behaviour of 1 receptionist and the female manager was outstanding bad

We help our guests become instant locals, so stay with us and let us be your basecamp for your adventures in this beautiful biological corridor.
The owner of the cabañas (fully bilingual English-Spanish) went out of her way, to be helpful to us in light of the lack of snow and scarcity of tickets for the aguas termales. Among other things, she found us a wonderful tour in snowshoes with a truly great guide. When we arrived, late, at the cabin a nice fire had been made and warm jazz music awaited us. She was also quite helpful with the check-out. The cabin itself was spatious, comfortable, and clean, with a fair amount of privacy, a pleasant view, and quietness in the woods. Perhaps a few more of the basic kitchen supplies would have been good. I found the owner both very sweet and reliable.

The cabanas are located about one kilometer from the small quaint town of Pinto, on the highway to the Termas de Chillan (hot sulphur springs) also known as Nevados de Chillan (snow skiing and sports). Cabanas are fully decorated and stocked with all amenities needed for a one day, one week, or one month stay. We stayed during the winter months and the owners provided wood and kept the fireplace going even if we were out late. In summer there is a large swimming pool for client's pleasure, a wood-fired hot tub that is very picturesque and a soccer field for the little ones to enjoy. The landscaping is picturesque. All cabanas very clean and easily accessible. Owners are sweethearts. Spanish is primary language, but a little english is spoken.

I really enjoyed staying at this place but it's definitely not for everyone. The rooms in the main lodge have a guest house / home stay type feel, which can be really nice and communal, but if you're looking for privacy you won't get much of it. My friend and I stayed here and I absolutely loved the peacefulness of place and surrounding area during the day, sitting around on the deck talking to other guests and watching the volcano puff smoke, and the wood burning stove at night. It was incredibly clean, the staff was helpful and friendly (although didn't speak much English which I give as information not as a complaint), and the location is great. Finally, the amount of sun this place gets is really lovely. Only minor complain was the hot tub costs $60 per hour to use since it's heated by a wood fire. I heard great things but didn't end up using it.
