Reviewed By 455mfThis was our second stay the Royal Hotel and we would not hesitate to stay here again when in the Thessaloniki area. The service here is excellent, the rooms are clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. Also it is not inside of Thessaloniki itself (but very close distance-wise), so much quieter than hotels inside the city.

Hotel Avra offers a quiet environment, suitable not only for professional travelers but also for the recreational traveler. Situated in a convenient location for your professional enterprises as it is only a 15 minute car trip to the center of Thessalonica, 5 minutes to the airport and only 10 minutes from sports facilities. The 26 rooms have recently been renovated. Situated over three floors, with amazing views of the city, the bay of Thermaiko or the gardens. There are double rooms, triple rooms, family rooms (with a double and one single) and quadruple rooms for 3-4 people and kitchen facilities (upon request). All our rooms are renovated and are equipped with free wi-fi, refrigerator, lcd-tv and safe. Our reception is available 24/7 and we are located just 30 meters from the beach and very close to various points of interest and additionally there is daily low-cost boat transportation from our area to the city center. The room types are the following: ■Single room ■Double rooms ■Triple rooms ■Family rooms ■Quadruple rooms

Reviewed By Susane-MariaBeautifully maintained hotel. Family oriented. The hostess/owner is a very pleasant lady who welcomed us and took care for our accommodation at last minute notice. Marina also provided us with parking place and made sure our car is parked in front of the hotel at our convenience. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and supplied with everything we need. The bed specious and comfortable. Fresh and clean towels on a daily basis. Staff in the hotel always kind and accommodating with every need we have. We are looking forward to go back at Avra hotel at the first opportunity in future and we will highly recommend to other travelers.

Reviewed By tonia012We came in December. The hotel was very beautiful and clean! Me and my husband had a dog and all the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good and the sea view was amazing! This hotel is perfect all year around. We definitely come back

Первая береговая линия, выходишь и ты в центре Переи, рядом море, таверны, кафе все 50 метровой доступности. С номеров открывается идеальный вид на море и на Салоники. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, отзывчивая, готова помочь по всем вопросам. Мы обязательно вернёмся в этот отель.

Great family run hotel
Reviewed By ThornburyTraveller88I have just returned after a very pleasant 12 day stay at the Perea hotel. The check in was speedy and efficient, the breakfast times and arrangements along with the WiFi code were given and I was shown to my room. I had a room on the second floor with a sea view and I found it to be more than adequate for my needs. There is a balcony with a table and chairs and is a very nice place to sit looking towards the sea. There is a small fridge in the room, a hair dryer and amenity kits, as well as air conditioning. The breakfast is served buffet style on the third floor, where you can choose to eat inside or outside on the terrace. There is plenty of choice which alters most days along with fruit juices and tea and coffee. I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Any questions I had were answered straight away and they all have a wide knowledge of the area of places to see and things to do. There is a wide choice of good taverna's just a 5 minute walk away and the local shopping area a 10 minute walk. I would recommend the ferry trip to Thessaloniki which takes 50 minutes and the hotel has the timetable, and costs 3.50 Euro's each way. You will be met at reception by Pluto the dog and Marco the parrot and both are very friendly and love their role in meeting the guests! I was very pleased and so much so I am looking at returning next year.

Good location, random kitchenette
Reviewed By 612teganmGood location, 50m to the beach. Kitchenette very random with fridge, air fan but no cooker or utensils? We only stayed 2 nights so not a huge problem. There was also a very loud noise that kept happening like a pipe screeching or something which wasn't great. Maybe just our room but otherwise nice people.

Cozy apartment

There is everything- washing machine iron, TV, refrigerator, glasses, cups, plates,forks, spoons, knifes etc. We were tired of a long trip to Greece. We arrived befor check in, so really tank you for earlier check in. Everithyng was really good.

A great apartment!
Reviewed By lesleyptWe booked a couple of nights at the KSP apartments very last minute, and were definitely not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown our room, we had a sea view which was a wonderful surprise, looking out over the beach and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, light and extremely clean. The owner brought us homemade cherry sweets and offered to help with anything we needed. There were plenty of plates, cups and cutlery, a kettle, oven and fridge/freezer. All in all it was a wonderful spacious apartment with great air con & facilities. Also a good amount of storage space from cupboards, drawers and wardrobe for all of your belongings. The bathroom was like a wet room, which was great, no shower curtain to battle with and it was well ventilated and clean. Some soaps & shower gels were provided. On the balcony was a table and chairs, and a clothes airer, which was plenty big enough for a small family. We had a wonderful stay and can't fault the apartments, we also had a lovely chat with Smaro just before we left... And some more of the wonderful homemade treats. She also arranged our taxi back to the airport, which was very useful. Our stay here was lovely, and as you are on the beach, there are loads of places to eat, all of which were serving traditional foods, all very well priced. I would definitely recommend the apartments, and would book again if I am ever in the area. The hospitality is fantastic! 10 out of 10. Bravo! I don't have any photos of the actual room, only the view and beach.
