An excellent bed & breakfast
Reviewed By athenachaWe stayed at Rosenhof Garni to attend the Bayreuth festival. It was perfect for this purpose, very clean and practically organized rooms, a nice terrace and very friendly managers giving us plenty of information for the area. The breakfast was super! All hand made delicacies and a nice arrangement. We would certainly come again!

Nice room and good service
Reviewed By 271ChrisD271We stayed for one night on our way back from Italy to Denmark. The landlord was VERY kind and helpful and made us feel most welcome. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast (not included) was also fine.

Welcoming and pricy staying overnight
Reviewed By Petra POn our way to Berlin we looked for a small hotel to stop over for one night, and the hotel should not be too expensive. The Ratsstube was perfect, the room was clean and quiet. And what we particularly enjoyed, was the breakfast, well prepared in a corona safe way and served by an extremely nice lady that would fulfil every little wish we had, like a soft-boiled egg, coffee for my thermos flask, more rolls, more ham... I do recommend this hotel at Pegnitz and I do recommend Pegnitz, this pretty small town in the beautiful Franconian Swiss hills. About more to say: The hotel is not a trendy boutique hotel, but just a solid and honest place.

Insbesondere auch bei größeren Events wie beispielsweise den legendären Bayreuther Festspielen, einen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie oder für sportliche Aktivitäten mit Freunden (herrliche Mountainbike-Strecken) ist unser Hotel Fränkische Schweiz direkt an der A9 sehr beliebt.
A place to rest while traveling further south.
Reviewed By Gediminas SGood location for drive by trips to Austria, Italy and other southern countries. Nothing exceptional in the rooms just a place to rest and sleep. The prices for an autobahn hotel are quire high. Rooms were to hot (traveled on March) and there was no way to turn on the air conditioning or to turn down the heating. Restaurant was open only till 22:00.

Reviewed By Alfred DDas Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal für Wanderer, Radfahrer und Besuche der Umgebung sowie der Städte Nürnberg und Bayreuth. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gasthof mit Metzgerei hat eine bürgerliche und preiswerte Speisenkarte, das Frühstück reichlich und gut.
