Motel was in a great location and well priced. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower wasn't impressive but for 1 night it worked. Walls thin but didn't bother us. Stayed in room 12. Check in/out was easy. For a night, this hotel is recommended and we would stay again.

Place I would stay next time :-)

Large and great rooms at a location away from all others, but only a few miles from a city with restaurants etc. The hotel location is a 25 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon so you can go for the sunrise and be back for breakfast afterwards. Our room was a first floor and we could sit outside with a beer and enjoy the view. A bit of paint outside could make it visually more nice. This hotel is really value for money.

Nothing but confusion and lack of communication

We arrived early and really didn't expect to check in, just wanted to park our rigs out of the way, unload our ATVs and come back later. We drove around the cabins twice searching for the hotel office. No luck. I spotted an old, faded sign that said go next door to Rodeway Inn. Once there, encountered gentleman whose English was so heavily accented that it took me 20 minutes of conversation to figure out if he said yes or no. Finally got it worked out and returned later to pick up keys, encountering same situation with language barrier. Cabins are basic, which was fine, and seemed clean enough. It was a good location for ATV trail access which was our main objective.

Excellent accommodations and hospitality

The cabins are located in downtown Panguitch, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. My husband and I spent four nights while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It was a bit of a drive to Zion but well worth it to stay in this super nice cabin. The cabins were recently constructed and designed by a seasoned traveler. The room was very clean, lots of room to spread out - including large drawers and plenty of counter space and super quiet. The small table with chairs and the refrigerator were a nice bonus. In addition, the staff were welcoming and provided lots of helpful information on the area. We will definitely stay in these cabins again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Avoid this motel

Reviewed By charlesfalco

We found this motel in bad need of maintenance. Had to ask for a different room because sink was clogged in first room. Door handles were held on with badly-fitting wood screws, both sinks in second room were missing their stoppers, sidewalk in front was dirty with sand that was tracked into the room, room with ice machine smelled bad, guy who checked us in picked his nose the entire time and then used that hand to make the key-cards, etc. I would never stay there again.

Our 25-room hotel offers comfortable accommodations which provide a home base to explore all the beauty and adventure Southern Utah offers. We are conveniently located within a half-hour from Bryce Canyon National Park and about an hour of the East entrance of Zion National Park, with easy access to world-class trailheads at Red Canyon. Excellent hotel great location and unique gateway to explore the nearby world-class National Parks.

Staying in Two Sunsets Hotel was an extra bonus on our trip to Utah. The hotel is totally remodeled so everything is new, clean, and good quality. I love the beds. The mattresses are new and very supportive, and I had a wonderful sleep. I have a bad back so I appreciated this very much. It was a unique and comfortable stay in a spacious room in a renovated hotel in the heart of the historic center of Panguitch. We were initially captivated by the small Western town atmosphere and surprised to find a number of high-quality eating establishments within steps. My husband and I were especially enthralled with the historic Gem Theater (across the street), where we could not only enjoy first run movies at an affordable price, but also homemade ice cream and chocolates made on site (the dark chocolate quinoa crunch bars and passion fruit truffles are to-die-for). Highly recommended for those looking for a step back in time, something different but comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable owner and manager (go Miranda!), and a great location and unique gateway to explore the nearby world-class National Parks.
