Reviewed By kellyjkeckHave stayed here twice. Very noisy with hall noise and ambulances. Had a maintenance issue and maintenance man attempted to enter without permission. So so breakfast. Room clean, baseboards dirty. Bed soft on either side. Had to sleep in the center to get support

Reviewed By Lynsey FStayed here for one night. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a lovely room and didn’t really hear any outside noise or noise from other rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is in desperate need of diversity training
Reviewed By teresa10252022The staff at this hotel are so racist, the manager at this particular location is very racist, she threaten to kick my granddaughter and her friends out the pool for being to loud , which they were not being loud, the indoor pool has a echo. Also,twelve year old girls tend to scream randomly, they we’re having fun. She then just ignores the Hispanic family’s drinking and eating and yelling in the pool area, with glass containers. After my granddaughter‘s and I left the area I returned to the pool area three times after we were told to be quiet and recorded the noise volume at the pool, at one time they’re was about 15 children in the pool making so much noise and guess what they were all Hispanic and the manager didn’t say anything. I only had six kids at the pool and had to constantly tell them to keep the noise down, it ruined the whole day. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind the other families breaking the rules that’s the hotel’s job to regulate their pool area, however if you’re going to regulate it be fair to all the families don’t come to the pool area and ruin the fun for some children and then allow other children to do whatever they want. They do a breakfast buffet every morning if you’re white or Hispanic they will smile and give you fresh bacon but if your dark skin or black they will give you burnt bacon, and frown as you go through the line, just rude behavior. This type of situation has got to stop. I paid good money to stay at the hotel just like all the other families and I expected to be treated with respect and dignity. I will never stay at this hotel again. The sad part is they don’t care, they will continue to treat Black people rude and disrespectfully and nothing is said about it but not today. This is not the first time I Experienced this type of behavior. this was my fourth visit to this location, each time I’ve been met with racism and discrimination. I waited to write this review, so that I wouldn’t just write this review based on one visit, but each visit has been met with the same results. Embassy suites needs to do better.

Reviewed By k cI arrived with a group of 6 for 6 individual rooms but was made to wait until their exact check in time to get any rooms. Once gotten, one room smelled of vomit and excrement and had bugs running around everywhere. Mgmt (Cassandra) refused to provide another room. Two other rooms smelled and had bugs. I waited until after 4:00 pm to get my room and finally left and checked in at holiday inn next door. Rudest staff and Mgmt I have ever see

Reviewed By Joshua GRooms were a bit run down. Shower would fill with water drain plug was broken. Next to Freeway very loud and anytime the upstairs flush toilet you could hear water running from the pipes in ceiling. Beds are hard and not very comfortable. They also charge $10 to park. Parking is not secured and is shared with a shopping center.

Poor customer service.
Reviewed By Frank OA typical courtyard. Except service. Rude, unaccommodating, and argumentative. As I was heading to the hotel for check in I received a call from them stating they did not have any rooms. This was booked several days in advance. I was not given any apologies or alternatives. Absolutely no service. I have not and will not book this hotel again. I have also advised my co workers to book elsewhere. We are now staying at Spring hills during busy trips.

Reviewed By tiktok4321Comfortable room, but too many other things that were not up to par to the point where I'd recommend them. Bed was nice. TV Remote wasn't very strong so required pressing long resulting in overshooting desired channel. Front desk was very accommodating to needs. Yes, in the days of COVID, you must request housekeeping with them - a sign on the door isn't enough. I may stay here again, but I'm going try a Hilton property next.

Horrible service and manager doesn't care!
Reviewed By J7737KPscottkThis is a real shame because the built in amenities are great however, I was run around, lied to, and made to feel like asking to get my room cleaned every few days was unreasonable and even when they said it was scheduled for cleaning, it wasn't. Add not cleaning dog poop even after multiple request and dumping their yard waste and garbage in the vacant lot next door. "NOT FOR ME"
