Lovely but the booking system needs work.
Reviewed By Richard CThe executive rooms are lovely. The jacuzzi bath is a great touch. The staff are all really nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is ok and happy to have a conversation with you and know about your plans. The pool is also really nice, especially in the heat, the rooms are clean, the place is safe and Aircon works well. However, there where a few things which lowered the score. 1. We booked online and emailed to confirm that they had received our booking (they replore saying yes) but when we go there they had no record of our booking. The email address obviously goes to head office and the way the staff in Palapye responded made me think it happens regularly. Luckily they had the room spare. 2. There weren't many channels and the WiFi was very slow. 3. The flyer in the room says that you can request a menu from reception and get food cooked when there but we were told that they only offer breakfast. It also says that you get a full English breakfast but on the first day we got an egg and mince meat (although this might be because they didn't have our booking). The following two days we did get the full but of varying temperatures. 4. It's also a little bit out of town so you need a car or a taxi to go anywhere and there are only fast food restaurants to eat at.

The Aircon was turned on before we arrived and therefore the room was comfortable and receptive. The vegetarian food we asked for was absolutely wonderful and delicious. Very highly recommended especially for the business traveler.

Reviewed By chrisHCAMWThe rooms themselves are really nice and spatious. Of the 3 persons working here only 1 speaks any english. One of the staff members is incredibly rude. We were drinking a few beers and she just pointed at the bottle and said ‘give me one’. Later when we went in our room she knocked on the door, when we opened all she said was ‘give me one’.

Quiet sleep Saturday night
Reviewed By johnwR2358KLWe arrived in a thunderstorm, which may have quieted the music. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. When management found we had no towels they brought them right away. The air conditioner works well, and the WiFi was good. One problem was the floor of the shower was dangerously steep. I enjoyed a good, peaceful sleep, and woke refreshed.

Reviewed By dohertysbar1This is a good hotel with friendly professional staff. It is clean and the rooms are well priced. Unfortunately this hotel is close to a shebeen which plays loud music all night. If you want a peaceful sleep you need to think of staying somewhere else.
