Reviewed By 285geridThis hotel use to be nice we stayed here last night with no hot water, the door would not shut we had to use the pull over to keep it shut. They had great big blowers in the hall way. The mattresses are hard. We told the lady at the desk the problems and she said i don't have the authority to do anything about it just go online and complain.

Good but Location is bad.
Reviewed By RiverBirch1967No. I wanted to write a good review because the room was very clean, the bed comfy, wifi very fast, and the people working there were so wonderful. The problem is the location. It is extremely claustrophobic, in a bad area. I had already paid or I wouldn't have stayed. Homeless folks, some scary dudes standing around eyeballing everyone, the door is literally right at the gas pumps, weird bodega with people living in a dilapidated trailer behind it, etc, all piled on top of each other. Very undesirable area. Go 4 miles in the other direction for Holiday Inn, etc. Skip this spot. I couldn't take a bubble bath because the drain stopper didn't work. I put a towel over it to help and the water came up yellow. That is the pipes. The water itself ran clear. But it was too late at night to change rooms and I'd unpacked. I was afraid to leave my truck until I saw they lit the area up with lights as bright as a nighttime soccer stadium, with a sign that said "Police Monitored." Go elsewhere.

The rooms were clean & housekeeping was offered daily, breakfast wasn’t the usual, mist likely due to Covid: the pool & spa were both clean& staff made sure to warm the spa before we came.

Reviewed By crobb223290The bathtub is slippery and needs to be addressed or someone else will be hurt or maybe hit their head and die. I hurt my ankle hip and arm. Had to extend my stay to nurse my injuries. Now I need x-rays as something is wrong .

Reviewed By HermanTheGerman-inTXFriendly reception upon arrival. Received spacious room with kitchenette exactly as shown in the website pics. Even pots, pans, dishes and cutlery provided. Room and bathroom were clean and updated. They don't serve breakfast, but provide good coffee in the morning to get the motor started. Unfortunately, there were some noisy guests keeping me from a restful night.
