We stayed for a week in May before summer season so the hotel was quiet. We chose this hotel over the bigger sister hotel Plaza Duce for location as close to lots of restaurants and bars in the old town. We booked a superior room with balcony which we found quite small compared to other hotels. The other rooms with balconies appeared to be bigger? Our balcony was near to a busy road and school which was quite noisy. We stayed half board and we found the food to be one of the best we have had with good choice. We booked into the Restaurant next to the hotel, as guests get 50% off. We would highly recommend as the steak was one of the best we have had. We found the hotel lacked a nice seating area inside and out. There was an area outside but next to a busy road. We used the hot tub on the roof a couple of times which had lovely views. The best thing about the hotel was the location, food and rooftop hot tub.

We booked Villa Mama only a few days before going and found the apartment to be very well equipped with all the amenities you would need for a holiday. We had the top floor flat which gave us some nice views of the city and let plenty of sunlight in. The only real negative we're the lack of parking and the bar on the ground floor. We were warned when we checked in that a party was planned on our first night (Saturday) and it was LOUD. We didn't get much sleep that night and were woken early by church bells every morning. It is a city centre location so if you want a peaceful holiday then look elsewhere.

ROOMS 88 double rooms in total, with possibility of an extra bed. All rooms are sea side with air-conditioned and equipped with TWC, TV SAT, fridge, hair drier, phone, balcony and sea view.
1. Hotel accepts dogs which we were so thrilled about, only to find out the room was super small that the two of us and our dog (Labrador) literally had to let each other pass so one could go to bathroom or to the balcony. Bathroom was small, balcony was small, bed was small. 2. Bed mattress was so horrible that we sinked into it every time we would sit on it or lay down and one of us (heavier one) literally had back problems after we got back from vacation. Pillows were even worse. Thin cheap ones that your neck is better if you just don't use it. 3. Room is advertised to have a TV, but let me warn you the TV is from 20 years ago (yes that box tv, no LCD, no flatscreen tv or anything that wouldthere was no remote at all, and it didn't turn on when you pushed the button on the tv box. Funny, they left two batteries for the remote on the table... 4. Everything in the room was just so old. Wooden doors with an actual simple key ( I was afraid to keep anything valuable cause I felt like someone can just kick the door and be inside. There was no safe and nightstand lamp didn't work. (Yes there was only 1 lamp) 5. FOOD. Portions are so small that I felt like we were at a refugee camp. Do not take a man there cause he will stay hungry. When you see "dessert" on the dinner menu it actually stands for 1 banana per person (I am being serious). 6. Only good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. 7. I've been to many hotels, and have never experienced a 3 star hotel to be this bad. 8. I would never come back to this hotel. It could be perfect because of location, but they ruined it all. have HDMI port). Not even that, there was no remote at all, and it didn't turn on when you pushed the button on the tv box. Funny, they left two batteries for the remote on the table... 4. Everything in the room was just so old. At least don't advertise what you don't have and do not put 3 stars if your hotel is a 2 star hotel.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor (there are 3 floors). It was nicely presented. The kitchen area is small and the sloping roof can be annoying when accessing the fridge or sitting at the table but this is minor. The location is very central and convenient but we found it a bit noisy at night. Ana met us there and was very welcoming. She gave us the car park ticket so we could park for free (about 100m from the apartment) and she was very flexible about us leaving the car there while we went on a morning trip on the day of our departure. Top tip - bring your own shower gel/shampoo (none provided).

I stayed with a group of 10 youngsters in Hostel Omis for 5 nights during the end of July. The hostel is very friendly. It is built into a rock, which gives it a very special atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the guests meet and socialise on the upper terrace, which has a wonderful view of the roofs of the old town. The hostel is clean, showers are hot and there is a kitchen for the guests to use. The hostel is situated in the thriving old town ( in the summer), a short walking distance from the Cetina river and the sea. The hostel is clean and inviting and all staff concerend, the volunteers, Tamara and Hulio and the owners, Marina and Josip were very nice. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and warmly recommend the place.

Remek ár érték arányú szállás. Kedves, figyelmes tulaj, szuper elhelyezkedés. Közelben pékség, bevásárlóközpont, étterem. Pár perc gyalogút a kavicsos és homokos tengerpart is. Tiszta, normálisan felszerelt szoba, saját parkoló.
