Escape to a luxury hideaway waiting for you in the heart of 20 acres of tranquil forest. Whether you are coming for a short break or a longer retreat, The Panari Resort Nyahururu has all you need for a perfect stay. You can simply unwind in the comfort of the resort or use it as your base as you head out on safari to explore Lake Nakuru, Lake Baringo and/or Lake Bogaria. The Resort is a short 2 ½ hour drive from Nairobi and an hour’s drive from Mount Kenya, off the popular Mount Kenya-Samburu safari circuit on the Nyeri-Nyahururu road.
Our Stay at Panari Nyahururu was just amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service was exceptional. Being Vegetarian and having strict dietary requirements the food was amazing. They catered for all our requests (there was pre-planning done during the booking process) with their team. Their Vegetarian Chef - Joel went out of his way to provide us with the menu. We are looking forward to send guests to this property going forward.

Thomson's falls lodge has facilities for accommodations, Dinning&Bar, camping, picnic and conferences/teambuilding. We are located right next to Thomson’s fall with our gardens stretching to the falls with amble parking. Thomson’s falls lodge upholds the highest standards of professionalism including courteousness across the board as hospitality dictates. We regard our customers highly as customer care is one of our strengths. Built in the early 1930’s by English settlers, the original cottages still stand. Thompson’s Falls Lodge is an ideal overnight stop for travelers moving between Samburu and the Great Rift Valley. The Lodge is located at the world's famous Thomson's Falls, discovered in 1883 by Joseph Thomson, Scottish geologist and naturalist. It's 7,800 feet above sea level and sits on a 10 acre lawn that’s shaded with African olives, cedar trees among other exotic trees which makes us the perfect place for family and friends gatherings, picnics, conferencing, weddings, vacation
We decided to have lunch at the lodge during our visit to the falls. The garden was blooming and well maintained. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was one of the best Indian food we ate in the trip. The location had a villa like feel

Quite located with a nice restaurant. But that's all of the positive message. The rooms are poor equipped and unfortunately rooms and bathrooms are not clean. We changed our first room because we get electrical shocked in the shower. In the second room the water from the toilet was off, but the shower was working. But also here not clean, and all very bad maintained. Beside that, WIFI is slow and not working in the rooms and only one TV channel. Room was 4500 KES incl. breakfast.

The Lake Olbolosat Resort Park Lodge is quite new. It is located in the nature outside of Ol Joro Orok, near the beautiful Lake Olbolosat, a great place for bird watching. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and the wifi works well. Worth mentioning are the gardens with many colorful flowers which provide for an idyllic atmosphere.

It was a nice surprise to find a place that costed as much as it worthed. Ksh 1000 for a big room, almost broken sofa (wonder what the story of the sofa is) clean bathroom, towels, big mosquito net without holes etc. Decent. Unlike other places that offered those things or even less and charged four times the price. Ok, the stuff there isn't exactly welcoming, but who cares? Matatu stand, supermarkets and a cafe called safari too are all nearby.
