Our picturesque park is located on the Peel River in the tranquil surrounds of Historic Nundle. Enjoy the relaxed peaceful atmosphere of the park and beautiful lawns and abundant trees. Enjoy the river and rural views from the spacious verandahs of our Ensuite fully self contained cabins. We also have powered sites, camp kitchen, fire pit for winter, tennis courts and newly renovated amenities. The park is ideally located in town, a few minutes walk to craft and antique shops, restaurants, art gallery, the famous Nundle Woollen Mill & Historic Peel Inn. Local Activities: Fossicking, bush walking, bird watching, patchwork quilting and fishing.
We stumbled across this park when we changed route to avoid wet weather. We couldn't have been happier, a great location, fantastic welcome and perfectly maintained facilities. With the Peel Inn a short stroll away this rounded off a great three night stay.

Great food in the goldmine cafe, the accommodation was excellent very clean and had everything in it. Nundle is a great little town with plenty of things to see. The owner Warren has great knowledge of the town and was very helpful while we were staying. We will definitely be back

The Peel Inn is a gold rush pub. It was built by William McIlveen in 1860 after the discovery of the precious metal at Hanging Rock. William hoped to grow prosperous as prospectors spent their money in his establishment. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as planned. Not long after opening his pub, he lost it in a card game. The new owner was John Schofield. Today, fourth generation publican Robert Schofield has run the hotel for the past 53 years with his wife Margaret. The Peel Inn has been a friendly drinking hole for locals and a welcoming destination for travellers for more than 150 years. The hotel is in the must-see village of Nundle. What Nundle lacks in size, it makes up for in personality. This small, historic mining village of 300 people is nestled between the Peel River and Great Dividing Rage in the New England region of NSW. It’s a 4.5-hour drive north-west of Sydney along the New England Highway and a 7.5-hour drive south of Brisbane. It’s also a 55-minute drive from Tamworth Regional Airport.
Lovely old pub in the gorgeous town of Nundle. Robert the publican was a great host who even cooked us breakfast. Very comfy king size bed in our ensuite room. The verandah outside our door looked out over the town and to the hills beyond. Perfect place to meet up with friends in a nearby room. Only down side was the rumbling of logging trucks past the door starting from early in the morning. A small price to pay for the privilege of staying in this old and much loved pub.

As a pre COVID world traveler I had apparently stayed in the best accommodation around the world. Having just left Brett and Pip I can whole heartedly say I had been kidding myself!!! Our four night stay at Jenkins Street Guest House has opened my eyes to a new type of travel. While easily maintaining the level of comfort expected by a five star traveler Jenkins Street Guest Guest house offer so much more than somewhere such as Goonoo Goonoo Station’s accommodation. Weaving a beautiful combination of quite romantic solitude and fireside communal enjoyment, Brett and Pip provide so much more than a Bed and Breakfast experience. If you don’t think there is world class accommodation in rural Australia, I challenge you to travel to the small town of Nundle NSW and stay at Jenkins Street Guest House and for everyone be proven wrong.
