Not realizing there was not much of a lobby for guests to bring in food to sit and feed 20 hungry boys. Amli and his team where super helpful and it was very much appreciate. Kindness and professionalism was all night from check in to the bar attendant. Our room was clean and no issues. Same as the hallways- we are grateful.

Three week stay, Rene, Ben and Jackie on staff were excellent to us.

We stayed with them for three weeks while our house was being extensively remodeled. Rene worked diligently to keep us in one room week by week and Ben was always there in the early morning hours. Jackie always had a quick breakfast for my wife before her open hours when she was leaving at 5:30 am on her way to the hospital where she worked. These three individuals helped us feel us much at home as we could have while we used this Country Inn location as our home base. THANKS GANG!!!

Not clean and dated
Reviewed By morse999The outside of this hotel makes it look quite clean and accommodating however, looks are deceiving. I was booked a room for 2 nights, (not cheap) and was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. The room was not as clean as it should be. The lamp in the corner was broken, there is a distinct lack of accessible plugs for laptops and cell phone. The carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo and the chair by the bed definitely needed an upholstery clean. The bathroom was far from clean with a dirty tissue dispenser, a portable mirror on the vanity was absolutely filthy underneath and the tile calking on the floor was brown with heavy staines. Even the room number on the telephone did not match the actual room number. The room safe was unable to be opened as the previous guest had locked it and left it with their own combination. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I decided to only stay the one night.

BUT - I tried to find a reason to NOT write a review (meaning cleanliness would be less than desired - even w/us having pets). Nope! This place was CLEAN!! We try so hard to keep places as clean or cleaner when traveling w/our dogs as we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay w/pets. Our experience was all around positive, from welcoming by staff, cleanliness, breakfast selection (cereal, yogurt,fruit, granola, hot oatmeal, eggs/meat, bagels/toast, waffles to cook, muffins, & even miso/rice), to convenience of mini kitchen in suite. We were pleasantly surprised and will go be other Staybridge Suites elsewhere a try.

Horrible Service
Reviewed By Badgyrl313I Checked Into this hotel on April 27TH and while in my room I noticed the sheets had blood on them. Due to Covid I did not feel comfortable staying in this hotel if the sheets where dirty I wonder what else wasn't clean. I went to the front and notified a employee of the situation. She took my keys and then told me that the manger/Owner would be notified and would contact me the next business day about refunding my money. After I called and left 4 different messages the Owner called me Tarek was his name and stated he would not issue me a refund or any compensation.
