Hip hotel but staff are not mindful
Reviewed By TravelsNTreasuresI chose to stay here the night before my departure at LIN because the flight departed at 7am and I wanted to be at the airport by 4 (just in case). I got almost no sleep because people were were standing outside talking loudly and smoking around 1 or 2 in the morning. Since it was almost time for me to rise, I didn't complain. When I checked out, I was surprised to learn it was the staff (and others, not sure if they were guests or additional staff). I am giving a low rating for this reason. A paying guest should expect a peaceful night of sleep without having to call the front desk -- especially if it's the staff who is disturbing the peace. I stayed in room 228, so my recommendation is to request a room that does not face the parking lot. Also, there is no shuttle to the airport, but the walk is less than 10 minutes.

A very odd airport motel

Hotel is located very close to Linate airport- had I known that it was right at the edge of the runway and the planes started taking off at 6:30, I would not have booked it. The hotel entrance is nice and the lobby is nice, but then there are stairs up to the room floor. The room corridors are arranged in a strange v-shaped configuration and are kind of grungy with ugly, stained carpeting. When we went to the room, at 7 at night, there were many housekeepers with service carts that were blocking the room entrance. The room itself was nice, very spacious, remodeled with fancy wood furniture. A sitting area with a direct entrance to the outside with an individual , covered carport. The entire motel was warm and stuffy, even though it was cool at night. The A/C did not cool the room and so I did not sleep well. My advice would be to avoid this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and lack of adequate cooling. The breakfast was not great. Staff were good. For dinner, we walked about 15 minutes to an "entertainment complex" with several theme restaurants to choose from. Contrary to their information, there is no free shuttle to the airport.

Linate residence consists of: 2 Studios, Two-room apartment and a one bedroom apartment. Are completely new and all with kitchenettes.
unbelievable close to the airport
Reviewed By Stefano LLinate residence is very close to the airport. You can walk there and when time is short that is the most valuable commodity. Beside the rooms are renovated with spacious bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and very efficient.

Reviewed By BellaC368The B&B is located 5 mins drive from Linate airport (Milano). Fully renovated (or new) house, just 3 guest rooms, clean and nice. The host is absolutely great, very helpful. English speaking. I will certainly stay there again if ever come around.
