Great service, great room, good breakfast except for the sausage links!
Reviewed By cville74This is our regular place to when visiting Livonia. There was a small problem with the window, which they fixed very quickly. Otherwise the room was great and the people were very friendly. However, the breakfast on Sunday left something to be desired. Being restricted to gluten-free only, I could have eggs and sausage. The sausage links were abominable. I spoke to someone that the desk, but of course they couldn't do anything about it at that moment. I actually spit it out because it tasted so bad. The eggs and the sausage patties were quite good though.

We're located in Northville, 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and the Suburban Collection Showcase convention center and 12 Oaks Mall. Downtown Detroit is 30 minutes away. Our all-suite hotel has an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting space for up to 60 people. Breakfast and WiFi are on us.
Unacceptable lack of hospitality
Reviewed By Travel36255573383Rooms and facilities are brand new however customer service non existent. I was promised housekeeping would turn down our rooms by three members of staff. Two staff members ignored me completely and the third only managed to get us a couple extra towels. Breakfast is a joke as well. Opened up a complaint with corporate and still have not been contacted by hotel management. Staff and management at this location are making Hilton look horrible.

Reviewed By 1955jI previously wrote a review about my recent stay but failed to include the illegal activity on the part of management at the hotel. They made keys to my room when I was off the premises and allowed the theft of numerous articles of clothing as well as fear and trauma to my dogs. They refused to provide me with a record of my key activity for fear of incrimination. STAY AWAY!
