Reviewed By elerick jSpring break family trip. First family trip since Covid outbreak. Easter wknd. Hilton Honors Diamond member , I have been staying with Hilton since the late 90's. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Room didn't smell clean, they sprayed alot of disinfectant in the room to try and mask the smell from the toilet . The refrigerator smelled . The bed had hair in it. The shower had hair in it. I spoke to the lady Angel at the front desk she stated she would let the manager know. I stayed 3 days never heard from the manager. Everyday the toilet didn't want to flush properly. Weather you urinated or had a bowel movement. It would stop up , we had to call housekeeping to come plung the toilet. On Sunday Easter morning, while getting dressed for church. The toilet pber flows and feces run all over the floor.. now you can't get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. I had to clean it up myself. And we checked out. Also, breakfast was terrible, sad what they feed their guess. I would never stay here again. Even for free

Reviewed By psa954We had booked for a 3 night stay. After checking out the room and finding 3 different strand of hair all different colors I felt uncomfortable. The room very small and just Ok. Could use a deep clean. Since we were there for a wedding we did stay two nights but cancelled the 3rd night stay. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. The eggs were cold as well as the oatmeal. The container holding the waffle mix apparently hadn’t been put together correctly as I tried to use it the nozzle fell off and the batter went all over! The staff member with green hair was less than helpful. I mentioned that the food wasn’t hot and she just said ok and didn’t do anything to change it. Needless to say we didn’t eat there the next morning. The evening check in staff member was pleasant and helpful. The second night the we stayed the air conditioning did not work. This hotel is not one we will ever return to!

Good Price and Good stay
Reviewed By Pedro MThe room was clean and bug free, I did not hear the other guests, nothing happened to the car or my property. Contrary to other guests I did not have any issues with the hotel and thankfully the laundry room was not near another room so it could be used at any hour. The only thing I have to warn is that if you bring heavy luggage do chose a first floor room. As for the complaint about marijuana smell, my room thankfully did not have that smell and was pleasant.

Unclean rooms
Reviewed By nancyeF3689NNVery disappointing hotel, 1st room has crocrotches, so I changed to a very smelly room then they gave me a 3rd room that was unclean as well but because my stay was non refundable I had to take it anyway. Also I bought a brand new boiler and I left it in the room and the cleaning lady throw it by mistake with the trash , I will never use this hotel again.

Reviewed By hebrews122018.I do not want to bash them. I have seen MUCH better in MOTEL 6. The floor in BOTH rooms I stayed in were completely nasty. One room had mold in the bath tub. Who ever cleaned it, they just did not care. The good thing, the air worked perfectly. The people that came in, it appears like an extended stay type of environment, just hanging out. When I saw that the front desk was enclosed in with bullet proof glass, my mindset told me to be aware even the more. WHO HAS BULLET PROOF GLASS, BESIDES CONVENIENT STORES AND GAS STATIONS......COULD BE MORE, BUT NOT FRONT DESK.....At least I have not seen that.
