The room and bathroom was not clean, toilet clogged first time using it. Front desk attendant hung up on me three times, BREAKFAST IS MUFFINS AND JUICE. Pool was dirty moldy and unkept. We felt unsafe there were people lurking at every corner

The Navarre Beach Campground is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida in an area known for both its tourism and beautiful outdoor activities. Our campground offers beautiful RV sites for nearly all types of rigs along with amazing cabins that feature waterfront views, private bathrooms and full kitchens. Enjoy a swimming pool, private beach area, stunning views, a long fishing pier and much more!
We booked over mothers day weekend, we rented the coldwater cabin for two. It didn't have a shower or hot water. I was very skeptical but that faded once we got there! We used the bathhouse which is very very NICE! The whole property is spotless and so beautiful!! Everyone that works there is super friendly! I highly recommend. The beach isn't FAR at all. It's also on the bay and so pretty!

We have stayed at the Summerwind Resort for 10+ years. This is by far the WORST experience we have ever had. We have never complained about one thing at this resort. This time, however, the experience was so bad that it was almost comical. The first day upon check in we spent over an hour vacuuming up jelly beans, milk duds, and cereal off of the floor and cleaning black grease and hair off of the patio chairs. The bunk beds are BROKEN and almost fell in on our guest. They are held together by cardboard and wooden blocks. This room is also missing the fire detector from the wall (code violation). Had to wash the coverlet in the Master BdRm because it was stained as were many of the towels. In the kitchen the blender was disgustingly dirty & we had to clean it before using. Unfortunately it was apparently broken & fell apart while using. There are rust stains on the counter, no oven mitts or pot holders, oven handle fell off, cookware is ancient, not clean, and thrown into cabinets higgly piggly, & many pieces of dishes & cups are chipped. The "provided" beach chairs look like they are from the 1970's and rusted. Only one of the tvs actually works. Our kids had to watch shows on their computers. The staged photos advertising this unit do not match what we were provided with. Literally the only positive thing I can say about this unit is this: 1) it has AC & running water 2) ample towels & washcloths, and 3) a refrigerator. I am so disappointed that I will have to rethink staying here again. The booking process was different than before so I wonder if the property management company has changed hands. If so, I'm not impressed. :-(

I will start with the very good. 1) Robin, who goes around the pool to offer food and drink service is very good at what she does. Attentive and friendly. 2) The hotel provided free water by the pool and even provided free sno-cones. 3) The rooms have no carpet and are minimally furnished, which I appreciate very much. 4) The shower is great. It has a foot bar, which is a nice touch. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are dispensed from pumps fixed to the wall. Also, it has a handheld wand and a rain shower head. 5) Hot breakfast was free Here are the things that I would suggest improvement. 1) Very few of the lounge chairs by the pool have umbrellas. Maybe a total of 5 umbrellas in whole pool area. I would provide more than that, as Florida in the summer is quite sunny. 2) The $25 resort fee truly has me considering other options instead of returning. I have stayed here several times in the past and the resort fee was never applied…this is a very new thing they just implemented. You get charged $25 resort fee and in turn you get $25 credit in food or beverage. That means you are forced to eat at the hotel restaurant or you lose the $25. The hotel restaurant is ok, but it is pricey and you must choose between making reservations or getting take out. More importantly- it ties you to eating at the hotel in order to recoup your $25, depriving you of exploring and trying nearby options. In order to call it a resort fee they also give you one free hour of borrowing their bicycle and a free yoga class, maybe a few other options. But mainly it is about increasing the revenue of the restaurant and hotel by ensuring that people must utilize the coupon on site.

The Hampton Inn and Suites Navarre is centrally located between Destin and Pensacola on Highway 98, also known as Navarre Parkway in the small beach town of Navarre. The hotel is only 2.5 miles from the foot of the Navarre Bridge leading to the beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches billowing up to the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the beach, go swimming, snorkeling or search for seashells. Walk on the pier or dine at one of our beachfront restaurants. There are Pavilions, Kayak, and Boat launches or you can visit the Marine Sanctuary, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and the Marine Science Station. Get your island necessities, souvenirs, and memorabilia at the many local shops and boutiques. Navarre is a truly relaxing paradise that will soon become your favorite beach getaway.
Management unhelpful and difficult to work with. We won't be having any more events at this location. Stay elsewhere. Not recommended for any type of group event. There are other better options in this area.

Two and three bedroom fully furnished condominiums on beautiful Navarre Beach. All condominiums are fully furnished and include equipped kitchens with full-sized appliances as well as washer-dryer. The Pearl offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Navarre's famous sugar white beaches. Enjoy the beachfront swimming pool and hot tub. Stay fit and enjoy the view in the gulf front fitness center.
The Pearl has large spacious rooms and parking is not an issue. Most condos come with beach service, but be nice to Juan! He is awesome! People think they should get the number of chairs of the people staying there… NOPE! Also, be aware that people go out as early as 6:30 and start stalking for seats, REALLY! Don’t complain to the property manager either! He doesn’t care. I asked when the pool would be cleaned- shrimp shells in it. After being asked if I was an owner… dismissed. (It’s cleaned daily…) the beach access is very nice and easy for anyone to use, yes, handicap accessible for sure. Nice and quiet place.
