The Green View Guest Inn is located just five minutes walk from Adam's Peak in the friendly village of Delhousie. Each room is en suite with an excellent view with delicious home-cooked food just across the street. We offer laundry service and have free Wifi. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and we welcome anyone and everyone!
Good value for money next to Adam's Peak
Reviewed By James VWe stayed here one night whilst we were climbing adam's peak and had a pleasant stay. The lady running the place was really kind and friendly and she cooked a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. We also enjoyed her curry and rice, however forgot to ask the price until after and it was 1300rupees for two, which was quite steep compared to other restaurants. The room is good for the price you pay! Would prefer a duvet cover/sheet as not sure how often the furry blanket provided would have been washed. Would recommend

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they booked us tickets for the train for the next day and connected me to an English couple because they didn’t want me to go up the Adams Peak alone (I was very grateful for that!). Staying here is worth it!

I wanted relatively healthy and tasty options and I was totally satisfied with the vegetable soup and grilled chicken and veggies with a toasted garlic touch. No greasy fried dishes or tasteless broth! This was my only really good satisfying meal in the region. And all served with a smile. Thank you ?

We were relazing and preparing for climbing Adam's Peak, and they gave us blankets when it was raining. The location is very good, you can start climbing just outside. And the view are beautiful; mountains, fields, pure nature. Good food:))

The property was excellent, safe, clean, and nice and quiet which is great given the early wake up. The food was incredible! The bottom of the garden has fire flies in the evening. We are extremely grateful for him organising us transport all the way to Singhara even during the current climate. Thanks for the stay!

Reviewed By rakann2020What an amazing place, the location is great 5 mins away from the entrance of Adam's Peak. It's very quit and very clean. The family are great with beautiful vibes and the food they serve is one of the best I've tried in Sri lanka, where also their vegetables are from their garden. I highly recommend this place.

We came here in the evening and there was small problem with parking (we had to park a little further from the hotel) but hosts helps us with baggage. It is not the most luxurious accommodation but it is right next to the beggining of path to Sri Padaya. They offered us local dinner and it was tasty. Breakfast was right after we came back from hiking and was tasty too. If you are looking for luxury this would not be for you, but if you just need one night stay for hike the Adam’s Peak it is good enough. Staff was nice and kind.

We could lend two flashlights and he explained everything we had to know for the hike. He also sent us headphones to the next hotel, which we forgot in the room. Thank you so much!
