Reviewed By henghownThe hotel is besides the rail station and a few minutes away from Kichijoji Main Station. The surrounding is having many shopping centres, restaurants, eateries and just a few minutes away from the Inokashira Park. The front desk is on level 4 with many chairs for you to wait or chat. On the same floor is a Bali massage which you can patronize to relax. The restaurant is on ground floor. The room is small but neat & tidy. Even though the hotel is besides the rail station and facing it, the room is very quiet. Don't like the elevator to stop on 4F everytime up or down even though the front desk on 4F.

Reviewed By review7507It was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in Japan. Bathtub was dirty and there was a hole on the light side of the bathtub and there was mold in the hole. After taking a shower, I tried to wipe my body with towel. And then I found something black on the towel. It was a booger with nose hair, so I needed to use a face towel instead of using a bath towel. You shouldn’t use a humidifier.there was mold in the tank. It was horrible. The walls were very thin and cheaply constructed, so you can totally hear everything from upstairs, downstairs, and next door. I heard the sound of porn from next door. I didn’t sleep at all. Can you believe that I paid for such a bad hotel about 200 dollars? I felt like I was deceived

Reviewed By julior997I stayed at the JR-EAST HOTEL METS MUSASHISAKAI for two nights. The staff was beyond helpful. It was my first time in Tokio and I couldn’t stay in a better place. The room was clean. I loved the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would certainly stay in this place again. Also the area has many good places to eat. Big thumbs up.

Reviewed By Excursion811323出張で一泊。 場所は武蔵境駅から徒歩5〜6分くらいで、周りには飲食店が多数あって食事には困りません。 ホテルでは電話予約の時からフロントの応対は丁寧で良かったです。 が、、、 建物は古さを感じるのは仕方ないところですが、部屋(禁煙)までの通路がタバコ臭かった(喫煙階だったのかな？)のと部屋のユニットバスが髪の毛が多数落ちててとても不快でした。 建物の古さやシングルルームの狭さは仕方ないところですが、廊下のタバコ臭とユニットバスの髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた事はドン引きでした。 平日素泊まり8000円で私には絶対にあり得ないです。
