Bathrooms are equipped with showers that have 4 massaging body jets. Our Luxury Suite consists of the standard Deluxe Studio room plus an adjoining room with optional King or extra- long pillow top twin bedding, regular sofa, bathroom with 4 massaging body jets, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot and ice bucket. All rooms feature granite countertops as well as pine hardwood floors. On-site we have an award winning restaurant and bar Bliss, room service, meeting room, business center, outdoor courtyard and Widow's Walk rooftop view/sitting area. We are 1 mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk Marina, watersports, dining & nightlife, and 3 miles north of Brookgreen Gardens & Huntington Beach State Park.

Reviewed By SC2SC2022This lodge is VERY clean. Staff is very friendly. Superior customer service. The breakfast was simple but still meet the needs for us grab a bit of food and get out for the day. Highly recommend 10/10 for me!

Everything needing touch ups or replaced. Tiles in bathroom cracked. Hairdryer was grubby and clogged. Blinding exterior light.

Completely Renovated. The only all oceanfront hotel in Garden City/Murrells Inlet. Garden City Inn offers a clean and comfortable hotel with beautiful ocean view. We also feature upgraded touches to help make sure you feel right at home here. These include oak wood flooring, comfortable new upscale beds with duvet, upscale designer furniture, flat screen TV and our cleanliness guarantee. Relax on our beautiful ocean front pool deck. Take a break under the gazebo and visit with friends and grill up something tasty on one the grills .

Reviewed By Bytom54Nice location , limited accommodation and they charge $130 per night for 2 little dogs. Tiny pool and crowded. Make sure you avoid bike week in May. The beach was beautiful and location close for driving to any restaurant.

Reviewed By motorsekulWhat is the # 1 reason you get a hotel room ? Because you need a place to SLEEP for the night. Our room was within feet of the front desk. Also within feet of the front desk (and our room) was a room with a dog that would not stop barking. I went to the desk and explained that I was asleep, but was disturbed by this dog that had been barking for the last half hour. I was told by DONNA that she didn’t hear a dog. BRIAN said he could hear it. (Great. But he let it bark and said nothing to anyone and did nothing to stop it) Now Donna said she heard it.(There’s NO WAY she didn’t hear it before, but waited for it to disturb other guests) She attempted to call the occupant of the room. No answer. She said she would try again in awhile. Options: 1.) repeatedly call occupant’s phone 2.) check to see if the dog was barking because the occupant was unconscious on the floor and the dog was barking for help 3.) move us to another room farther away 4.) call police and animal control to enter the room These are only a few options, but NONE were effectively attempted. When it was time to get up I couldn’t have been more exhausted. It took days to recover from this lack of sleep. Money spent and completely wasted.

Reviewed By CatherineLNCUnfortunately, this place is run down and shabby. In addition, we could hear the next door neighbors clearly through the lockoff door. We asked if another one bedroom was available, but was not. Another problem is the shared screen porch, littered by the neighbors with their cigarette butts. Urine smell in the outside elevator area. The room was relatively clean and the bed comfortable, and bathroom and appliances functioned well. We enjoyed use of the state park pass. We only stayed five of seven days. There were no checkout instructions, so when I returned the park pass end room keys, the staff neglected to mention any requirements to remove trash and strip beds. I received a text from the staff about these requirements 5 hours later, so $100 was charged to my credit card. I would have completed these requirements if I was aware of them. Unable to recommend a stay.
