Our property Residhome Val d'Europe welcomes you at less than 2km from the Disneyland Paris Parks and only 50 meters from the RER station "Val d'Europe" that will lead you directly to the heart of Paris. This property is made of apartments, from the studio to the 2-bedroom apartment, all modern and fully equipped. Wi-Fi is available for free for all our guests. Our apartments are all equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom a flat screen TV as well as Air Conditioning. The reception is opened 24/7 and a lift will guide you to your room. Continental breakfast is available and served every day, plus, you will be eligible to discounts with our partner restaurant located only 200m from your temporary home. Our Snack bar is opened from Monday to Saturday, from 4pm until midnight, and all days of the week during scholar holidays. Our property is ideally located nearby the Val d'Europe shopping mall, as well as the "La vallée Village" luxury outlets, and the Sea Life Aquarium. Superb stay - Ideal for Disneyland and Paris
Reviewed By 133AM133Fast & friendly book in process, and fortunately the lady on reception was far better at English than I was French. The executive room was superb. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa bed, TV's, shower cubicle, bath with over shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, air con, microwave, hob, dishwasher, sink, fridge/ freezer, breakfast bar, etc. All pots & cutlery are included. There were complimentary drinks & snacks, which was a nice touch too. Our bathroom has bath robes & slippers in, which again was nice. Val d'europe RER A train station is within a 60 seconds walk, & will have you at Marne La Vallée (Disneyland) station in just a couple of minutes. Jump on in the other direction, & you'll be in the centre of Paris in 40 minutes. There is a sandwich shop next to the station, which do great baguettes for under a fiver. Alternatively, the hotel offers a full buffet breakfast for €14, (although didn't try this, so can't comment on what it was like). Over the road takes you to the main part of the "town", which has local bars, restaurants, fast food takeaways, & convenience stores. We'd never stayed in an Aparthotel before, but were all really impressed, & found being able to choose what we wanted to do & when, really refreshing. I've absolutely got nothing to say bad about this place, & would definitely stay here again

Great hotel with fantastic staff
Reviewed By siobhano405We stayed in this hotel in early May 2022 as part of a trip to Disneyland Paris. We picked the hotel due to its close proximity to the park. Having read reviews before going we were concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. When we arrived the reviews couldn’t have been further from the truth. We had a party of 12 so we had 5 rooms and each room was spotless and no noise at night. Staff at reception and in the bar were very nice to deal with. A special thank you to Romy who posted out our jackets that we left behind. The hotel is in a nice area and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The only negative I would have is that their shuttle is no longer running but you can get the local bus to the park for €2 or you can take an Uber for €8 and a 6 minute drive. Overall we were happy with our stay and will 100% return.

Both modern and welcoming in its architecture, the Residence du Parc is composed of 153 flats. Each one is offering great comfort and is entirely furnished, with a capacity of 1 to 5 persons. At your disposal : reception hall, breakfast room, outdoor pool, free inside and outside car parks, laundry and two conference rooms. A shuttle can be booked for return trips to Disney parks (with extra fees).
Never going back
Reviewed By Ionela CExpensive for what they offer. Very old building that needs to be renovated. The painting was coming down from the walls and the smell in the room was like in an old, very used kitchen. We had to pay 300 € deposit for the rooms. Not mentioning that we reserved 3 rooms and there were cockroaches. Definitely doesn’t worth to go there. Other hotels near train station should be an option.

Great location but the hotel could be better
Reviewed By AWM49I stayed in room 226 from the 17th-21st May 2022. Firstly the hotel location is excellent there is an entry point to the train station less than a minute away (please note that entry point has no lift- not the hotels fault). The Wi-Fi was excellent and I liked the all in one shampoo. There are no air-conditioning controls in the room and was hot during my stay. If I had stayed in the height of summer I don't think I could have coped. The toilet leaked for the entire stay, I reported it to staff but it was not fixed. I was offered the chance to change rooms but declined as I was exhausted after late nights at Disney (11pm fireworks!) and it was not the noise that bother me but the waste of water. The bed was hard and while it was ok as a solo traveller, a group or family of three would struggle with the open plan nature of the room and small toilet cubicle. The door has an intercom entry which would be ok but I was stuck waiting on several occasions as there was no one at the front desk. I also struggled to understand them over the intercom. I have stayed in budget hotels before and would do so again, but I would be unlikely to stay at this one again. As a quick tip I would suggest buying a return ticket to Disney (1.95 euros each way currently) as there are long lines for tickets on you return. This is especially a problem after the fireworks when there are only trains until just after midnight. The trains are fast and frequent.

Great location
Reviewed By CHill710Stayed here at the end of May 2022 for four nights visiting Disneyland Paris. The hotel is next to the RER (A) station one stop from Disneyland Paris and one hour to the centre of Paris. The hotel is clean but compact giving enough space for just spending the nights in the room. A short walk from the Val d’Europe shopping centre where a supermarket is located. The only issue experienced was the room key did not work on two evenings returning to the hotel, reception staff said this often happens as something in the area de-activates the RFID key cards. This was quickly sorted by the reception staff. The hotel is able to store luggage on check out allowing a last day visit back to Disneyland or other attractions before leaving the area.
